    How about AA kill marks in form of red stars? Added to plane upon land and stop after a sortie. So when ppl rearm, takeoff again, they have them. Removed on reslot/death. No stars on start. irl its x10 combat missions but also for kills. You can maybe add option to have those or not. Would be a nice touch. Especially in MP

  6. Sight Reflection Glass keybinds for LOCK/UNLOCK are flipped. Lock one unlocks and unlock one locks. Change text in keybind list to correspond to right action plz.

  10. SAM launchers when hit (if they have missiles) have recognizable white boom with fireworks. This is due to missile fuel. Of course should be triggered if launcher has at least 1 missile. DCS has something similar when you bomb ammo depo near airfields. Currently this is just a normal explosion. But it would be nice to have this effect. This can be done currently with a script. But real feature would be nice. Something like this: samboom.mp4

    In Balkan wars no. 21 only had one air engagement and that was vs a helicopter during a QRA. And in Nam F4s fought MiG17s more then 21s. Vietnam didnt have many to begin with. F4 will get MiG-23 to "play" with.
  12. Im not complaining about weapon loadout but shouldnt this be called Mi171Sh or something? Setting up Mi24V with weapons and then switching type to Mi8 gives this glorious thing. Changing weapons was working and atakas/sturm at disposal until I changed AI to player. AI can actually fire them at targets. Video showing how to recreate bug attached. Mi8payloadBUG.miz 1.mp4

  14. Now that you have removed Kh-28, I as a member of "antiradar God stick appreciation club" must request you bring it back. I'm afraid other members are not as calm as me and will take issue with removal shenanigans. Just because it had no texture is no reason not to make a texture and remove it. Anyway you make it, it won't stick out from 15 polygon Su17 that carried it. Sincerely, Slightly irked DCS user.
  15. When selecting target while its IDed as lets say GROUND, Petrovic could provide more definite ID while it being locked and range reduces. As we get closer he could say type or friend or foe. Currently we must retarget to see its updated ID in list.
  16. A new addition to existing weapons would be nice. A quad 128mm rocket pod(L-128-4 "Munja") for example. Since we already have some stuff that are fantasy weps for bis(*cough Grom *cough). One that was really used, even by single country would be nice addition. Im not holding my breath but better to ask then not to.

  18. Further explained: Idea of this is that hidding single unit somewhere will get you to lose that zone, if enemy uses overwhelming force. This will force single sneaky unit to come out of hidding. Example: 1 Blue tank holds zone - its BLUE zone. 3 Red tanks/APC/IFV come in - Its RED now. Blue now needs to kill all RED or the same way use overwhelming force to take zone. So to take zone without a fight Blue needs 9 tanks now. IMPORTANT: Trick is when you take zone with overwhelming force, you WONT KNOW if zone is 100% clear or not. There can be a sneaky single or more units there. P.S. Taking two or more transport helos and do a air assault with troops(>=10 soldiers) can take a airfield/zone defended by single unit.

  22. In Bandar 1949 mission, is there a chance to add some ground controlled units for Korea air modules impaired ppl? Asking for...a friend.
  23. They had to overfly, gun and run because they are supporting the takeover of that airfield. There were bunch of Mi17 there that need to land ASAP. If they hovered they would end up like that Apache in Yemen. Everything there is hostile.
