Yes you can uninstall LOMAC once your FC2.0 is installed and authenticated. I havent done it with mine but if you do a search on forum you will find it is said officially.

I forgot to add and i dont know if its necessary but when I posted similar questions to yours concerning install with Win 7 64bit. I was told to not install to the x86 program files folder. I didnt heed advice for my 1st install and after a couple of days my control setup was borked. I reinstalled outside of x86 program files and so far all good. You are good to go with the routine outlined in your post. Install directory is a possible issue. Dont use the default install directory is a possible tip if all doesnt go to plan with your game after a while like my 1st install did. GL

You dont need the first FC 1.1 unofficial installed Just Lock On original Then FC2.0 I run Win 7 64 HP using CD version. As far as I know you can download for win 7 64 Verification is straight forward. All you need is internet connection and your product key. Only have to do it once unless you make a lot of major hardware changes to your PC. hope this helps a lil :)

After a while running 10.9 This has been the best driver version so far for me in running Black Shark and FC 2.0. Unless 10.10 has a significant increase in AA and AF performance I dont see myself changing drivers for a while.

Heck lets go back and do Vietnam in a Thunderchief or A7

Got an X52 Pro. Had it for 2.5 years and mainly used it for IL2 before DCS came out. Works great for me. Still functions well except for the rotaries on the throttle which need a deadzone. After 2.5 years it is still very usable and reliable enough for me. I consider myself not heavy handed but in IL2 I really really worked the joystick so while it is a lil stiff it still works great and needs no deadzone adjustment for X Y and Z axis. Only one of my rotaries needs a deadzone and thats my only gripe with it after 2.5 years I would say get the X 52 PRO as it is a cheap and somewhat reliable entry into the HOTAS world. I need to replace my X52 Pro but I would only get a TM Warthog to replace it with. The other HOTAS cost more than a X52PRO and from what i can gather I dont think the gaming experience is that much better to justify the extra $$$$ for anything other than a TM Warthog. Anyone done testing with these 10.9s????? I am running 10.8 and so far I dont feel the need to change unless something mindblowing is happening with 10.9 So far for me 10.8 has worked the best with FC2.0 and DCS Is there a fix for the shadows??? DO earlier Cat drivers remove the funny haze or shadow effect???

It looks so sweet I wont know what to do with my X52 Man i dont even have Track IR :( Will the split throttle work in FC2.0 etc???...... If it doesnt I will be so disappointed but richer!!!!

yeah i cant and now i cant use the mouse on my saitek to slew tdc in mig29s gonna try reinstalling lol

I never use saitek software so there is no profile loaded at all. Trying to map directly within the program I dont have to use the saitek software for the mig 29s. I have everything mapped directly with Mig 29s. Would like to do the same with the eagle. I cannot select the box for the release weapon under the x52 column. AS you can see from pic the mouse box is selected. I cannot do that with the X52 box It will not allow me the selection. It is blank..... I can select keyboard and i can select the mouse to remap them but it will not allow it for the X52

Yo guys I got X 52 pro and cannot map the launch missile to my controller. In the options the box to map it is unselectable. I can click on the mouse and the keyboard boxes to map them but for the X52 box it doesnt allow me to do anything. Do i have to create a profile using my saitek software. Is this a bug?? Have I done something wrong??? So far with Mig29s everthing is fantastic. I dont have to create a profile using saitek software. Thanks in advance

Thanx distiller for the info I have UAC turned off will give it go now Finished installing and had a go in a Mig 29s Wow!!! the game is smooth so far Downloading the patch now and am loving how i dont need to create a profile for my X52 just to fly Thanks again Now off to learn a Mig 29s and then die miserably online :)

Hi guys I got my FC 2.0 today and want to get it installed right the first go. I havent got Lock On installed yet so my question is When I install Lock On do I have to activate Lock On before I install FC2.0 Or can I just install Lock On and then FC 2.0 without ever loading Lock ON Plus will changing the original Lock On installation folder affect my FC2.0 install??? I dont want to have a Ubisoft folder which is what happens by default. Would rather just put it all in my Eagle Dynamics Program Group Thanks in advance
