That is their only sensible thing they have said about that. But considering that people would like to see "Flanker 3.0", I doubt that it would sell badly, even if it would be a Su-27S and nothing newer. I agree with you on this. a friend just suggested I turn on ipV6 on my NIC while typing this reply...and it worked... Yup. Same as this. My computer was crash and error caused by faulty RAM. Next time I tried DCS and was unable to find any server on the list. Tried that methode and works fine now. Dont know how and why tbh (shrug).

Yes, I agree with you. I thought the thread title is sarcastic lol. Its way worse for me and my 2 little screen LCD's for MFD show very thin line. I'm not happy with it. Prefer the one before the update. I do like right and left mfd on the main screen.

We need an India based 3rd party developer like Deka in China. I believe many Indian people good at coding. Next step would be to find bunch of Indian coders passion enough with flight sim and have access to Indian Navy to develope MiG-29K lol.

We play a simulation. I don't think you need a trainer at all. Both Hornet and Viper are not hard to learn. Plenty of tutorials on the net : pdf, Youtube video etc. The only thing you need is more flying time and patience. I have F-5 and tbh is not something easy to operate. No fancy HUD, no FBW (CMIIW), and its radar is just basic. Unless you have somekind of emotional feeling toward the jet I'd stay away from it as a trainer, waste of money IMO.

I'm sorry but I must say this is absolutely untrue in fact its quite the opposite. It has better detection and the tws is surprisingly effective particularly tws auto. It would hold the lock like in STT. I can freely cranking to the edge of MFD and it still hold the lock. Switching target in tws mode is very convinient and fast compared to the Viper with only push undesignate button. It almost like playing arcade game. I don't know what more you could ask lol. I also play on GS server, many times Blue AWACS got killed by long range Phoenix but who need AWACS when you have good radar and link 16 like in the Hornet. In my experience it showed no or little difference.

I've read many people wrote in this forum that refueling in Hornet is much easier than with the Viper. Well I've found it was the opposite and I think I know why. Its because for me refueling in the Viper I just need to stare at the tanker and watch the indicators. I don't need to look at the Hud at all. While with the Hornet I need to make sure I can nail the basket. I've found that distracting but not anymore thou. In the end, practice makes perfect. Keep trying and just stop whenever you feel tired. Then try again, you'll get there eventually. Good luck and have fun.

I wonder if you can use OpenTrack as software instead of Natural Point software. I use OpenTrack and PS3eye Camera so I'm not sure if its doable but If I were you I'd try that since it seem turn off the TrackIr solved the stuttering. Whatever you do it'd be better to have a backup first, just in case. Or you could try to ask directly to Natural Point CS about this issue. Maybe they have the solution. Good luck.

Blue Flag is not really friendly for newcomer IMO. Its probably the most realistic setting server, mission obj etc for DCS. But if you can live through it then it can shape you to become a better pilot just like it did to me. Players who live there are mostly battle hardened and very experience, so its gonna tough for newbie. As for PvE server you can try Inferno or hoggit (this one is passworded) but I'm not sure they have transport mission for helos. Good luck and have fun.

Its reasonable to ask for the update. We sometimes need to read exciting (hopefully correct word) thing on the forum other than problems posted by users. A month is quite long time to wait especially in this pandemic. Just my 2 cents

If money isnt a problem I suggest get both. If you cant then I'd go for SSD. Good luck
