Oh yes he does.... sometimes. But in my case mostly not and occasionally gives ambiguous shouting when I lock target with PAL like "target 12 oclock" well I shoot the Phoenix and get team killing message. Thanks

Please make him IFF target locked by any acm mode and tell the pilot instantly the result. So far I feel very stupid because of team killing. Thanks.

Yeah, I've been waiting since Ubisoft Lock On era. I remember Norman "Stormin" teased us in old Ubisoft forum with "no bucks, no Buck Rogers" idiom regarding the Hornet. So waiting for few weeks even months are nothing.

Lol I knew this kind of thread would pop up. Same with 120C and 530D in the past. Its like deja vu all over again. Well I don't think Phoenix is a super weapon at all. I have seen AI notching it and the Phoenix hit nothing but empty air and that missile was shot inside 30 miles by me. We should sometimes learn from the AI lol. In MP I could see most players become good at dealing with the Phoenix with their own tactics. My score quite low with the Phoenix lately. I blame the Jester lol

Against competent pilots, WVR is highly unlikely you'd win. Probably you'd be killed first even before first turn. The Tomcat is quite fast in military power, use it as your advantage in any situation both offensive and defensive. I could escape AMRAAM shot by Eagle within 10 miles something that I couldnt always do in the Hornet. Trying to be sneaky? Use any ACM mode or turn the radar off and predict enemy turn then surprise him with the heater Head on with altitude advantage? Use afterburner like crazy to gain more speed then release your anger with 54 or Sparrow. Beware of Flankers ET thou ....the missile is like a magnet for any fighters with afterburner on.

Same. Jester AI not always shouts at you whether its bandit or friendly. Sometimes he does but in my experience mostly not. Untill option to remove obscured stick implemented, its quite hard in the heat of merge you have to take a peek at TID repeater to make sure its a bandit or not.
