  1. I also had annoying stuttering even after I upgraded to 32 Gb. I tried to exclude all of DCS related folders from my antivirus (ESET) real time scanner and it seems to reduce alot. Its still there but very little to notice.
  2. There could be few possibilities without providing a track. The missile could be just got notched and went after the chaffs. The AI with excellent skill known to be good at this. I could be wrong, I think the 54 uses same seeker API as 120 which ED updated a month ago AFAIK. It now has 15 degree cone search. If you can notch and break its lock then you can evade the missile. I've succesfully done this both in SP and MP against 54. It could also be the ECM bug (if its not already fixed, I have not tested it tbh) which any jet with blinking ECM could cause the ARH missile goes dumb.
  3. This bug is still exist. I wonder why...... Actually killing a Gazelle armed with Mistrall could be quite rewarding. Myself and many other had fall victim to this tiny little helo lol. Please take a look into it dear Poly.... Thanks in advance
  4. Lol... Yeah I also solved it by upgrading my old Haswell to Ryzen, GPU to RTX 3060 ti and RAM to 32Gb quietly without telling the wife hahaha.
  5. Fly level very low ....I mean really really low and bring multiple jdam (if its stationary) with pop up attack when you can get close or maverick if he's on the move. Its need couple of times sortie to sink her but its doable.
  6. You're not gonna get the answer from ED about the sales. The only thing they ever said was both have huge succes.
  7. To answer the OP : personally I dont have problem with that. I don't recall spending more than 10 minutes doing ramp start and mav alignment and boresight things. As soon as the engine running and rearming completed do INS stored alignment then I hit AG mode, powering Mavs and begin searching an object to do boresight later on. Probably not realistic but this is the way (I do).
  8. Couldnt agree more. Same server, in Viper 120 shot inside 10nm and it gone up lofting to the space. Oh man.... its so frustating.
  9. I believe its false positive and part of copy protection (probably). Try upload and scan it to virustotal if you wanna to be sure. I would add it to my exception list in my AV realtime scanner. Good luck.
  10. I also noticed quite the same behaviour. Yesterday flew in GS and head on with MiG-29 I launched 120C inside 10nm and it was gone ballistic with no apparent reason. The MiG was tracked with radar and missile not launched in maddog. Edit : I was in Hornet not in the Eagle.
  11. Ah yes one missile from his wingman according to audio record. I was confusing with what I've read on this forum years back that someone wrote that the Serb claimed it was more than 3 missiles shot. So I don't believe MiG' RWR didnt ring for incoming missiles. Audio trancript : http://spotter-ssol.blogspot.com/2012/06/kosovo-mig-kills.html?m=1
  12. Is that Jeffrey Hwang who shot down 2 Serbian MiGs single handedly by using TWS? IIRC his wingman also shot few Amraams but only Hwang missiles met their target, that should tell something IMO.
  13. Lol, you're right. I know little bit of arabic. Well in this case probably they need to use arabic keyboard layout style in word app.
  14. F-15C do have air-ground capability. Yea.. I've read one of ED staff (don't remember the name) comment about this. After reading some of doc available he was surprised the Eagle has this capability even much better than Su-27 has.
  15. Its not Matt interview but one of other ED staff. It was Simon IIRC. Oh yes would love to have HiFi F-15C. If only I could have knowledge to mod it then I would. Add the Link16 and JHMCS into it hehehe
  16. I have same issue. Its worse when flying in night time. Especially in Viper. So little bump for the thread and hoping it get fixed in the next update.
  17. Agreed. May I ask ED to buff it little bit. Yesterday someone in GS server launched all of his 4x73 at me and hit nothing but bunch of flares.
  18. I only couldnt open the ball joint (too afraid to push it) and the rest was more less the same with videos you could find on Youtube.
  19. So this means you mixed the original grease with the Nyogel? Way to go there Oceandar...:music_whistling: I did remove the original grease as much as I could ofc it was not really clean but I'm happy with the result. PS: those that say that sanding and greasing did give them a smooth stick movement have probably never used anything else...:joystick: Lol yes I don't have and probably would never have Virpil but I do have other joysticks (Hotas) like X52, CH Fighterstick and FFB2 sidewinder and I know for sure there's big different after greasing it with Nyogel.
  20. I regreased my Warthog stick with Nyogel 767a (bought it from Ebay) and the result is awesome. Waaaay better than the first time I got it. I didnt sand it (couldnt open it) only regreased with Nyogel. You do not need alot only little on articulated sphere and other contacts. The sticky has gone and it really is the best stick in its price range IMO. good luck.
  21. I just watched a tacview from GS server and saw a Phoenix doing 180° manouver chasing its target. Not judging it right or wrong but it was really hillarious :D
  22. I can move and resize with no problem. Place the mouse cursor on the upper of the kneeboard then drag. Its quite similar to any windows app.
  23. Excited about the new kneeboard. Its now can be dragged and resized. Since I'm using 2 mini LCDs attached on cougar MFD it was way off. I wish it could be placed permanently and didnt need to drag everytime reloaded the cockpit for new mission. Thanks ED.
