I imagine there will be. I'm happy to revert back to SingleThread DCS when I want to fly a Mod. (F-104C at 64,000 ft MSL pushing Mach 1.38)
-
Hello, I recently downloaded all the VSN mods, and they are messing with my A-10C and F-15C control bindings. Is there a way I can at a bare minimum place their polygon models (airframe, shape, texture) whichever into the correct folder so I can see other players Mod airframes while on the multiplayer servers (instead of the digital camo Flanker placeholder) while deleting the folders like cockpit textures and control inputs that make the mods tamper with the normal function of my purchased module controls. Thanks for reading.

Hello, to whom it may concern, I have the F-104 Starfighter Mod from VSN (filehorst.de) and it works on the standard OpenBeta, but not with the new MT Openbeta. I'm not saying it's a priority to fix it, just saying it will be convenient in the future for all mods to work with the new Multi-Threading thanks for reading

I just completed mission 3. It was neat how the CPG saw the targets ashore and we had to hover out of sight. Your programming makes it easy to hit triggers and doesn't disorient me. Thanks, great campaign.

I just played through the mission again, and had no such blaring tone in my ears. And I found out it wasn't that I was supposed to fly formation with Saber 3-1, in fact they were flying on my wing, which explains the erratic changes of altitude followed by crashing into static objects in the fog.

Is there a line of text to place in the target box of the shortcut properties window that will inhibit DCS from launching in VR, for the purpose of editing settings or using mission editor?
-
Before takeoff there began an ubearable high pitched ring in my ears that started right after the CPG comm voiceover and didnt go away. And Saber3-1 , my AI flight lead kept losing power and drifting around at low altitude as if damaged. Its pretty buggy. In mission two while trying to take off from the farp I had a low RPM and redlining engines, so I dropped both bags, and still made it through the mission. Its a way detailed and thought out campaign, I will like to retry mission 3 with some advice, or some bug fixes please

My setting is 90hz and the highest it can go is 110 hz. As far as I know, since I turned off upscaling / sharpening in OXRTK the only thing enhancing the resolution is my 1.5 pixel density in DCS settings. I just turned shadows up, trees and buildings details all the way up, and did a CSAR sortie on Rotorheads server with high fps. I'm happy with the performance now. After a full day of working through this I'm very impressed with the Pimax and i think it was well worth the money. Do you have a 4000 series GPU?
-
Pimax store, OpenBeta, Open XR Toolkit (rez size 60%, DCSVR pixel density 1.5, cockpit quality high, terrain quality low, PimaxXR:on , steam vr : bypassed, RTX3080, 64GB RAM, Ryzen9. I did a Windows reset my PC and set openxr toolkit upscaling/sharpenin to OFF and i did the --force lines of text in the DCS.exe shortcut settings . I'm now in running super smooth thanks for the motivation! I think that 1.5 pixel density is 150% resolution isnt it? Without it set at least that high, I cant even make out the lettering on the gauges on the cockpit panels.

Thanks, I have my monitor and Pimax connected to my card. I tried out DCS, it was so jittery, every time I look around the screen shakes. Anyone else have this problem?
-
Hello all, do you have to run your monitor through the HDMI port on your motherboard so the GPU can run the Pimax?
-
I'm thinking this is why I keep crashing in mission2 of the MAD campaign after the first landing at the FARP. I even jettisoned both fuel bubbles but still drifted down into the drink.

Mi8 The Crew Part 2 Persian Gulf
Talvid replied to Talvid's topic in DCS: Mi-8MTV2 Magnificent Eight
It would be neat to include a troop extraction that includes a sequence where the player can occupy the KORD door-mounted gun and blast enemies as they appear out of the forest, or from behind buildings. -
17 hours ago, but It's fine dude, i don't wanna make you stress About it. I am running the AMPCD yellow font mod. It was also after I had 'Taken Control' while watching a track replay so there's that too

The only bug I experienced in mission 4 was the Fulcrums didn't bug out, in fact they kept approaching until they attacked me over Fujairah airspace and they didn't stop.

I will welcome the opportunity to learn to navigate and combat simulate in an analog jet. Analog Combat Simulator.. lol.

USB ISSUE FED UP PLEASE HELP
Talvid replied to ZQuickSilverZ's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
ZQuickSilverZ your Motherboard looks very advanced, Isn't there a USB - C port in the group of ports that face the back end of your PC case? I always plug my Meta/Oculus cable into that and directly into my headset and it works fine. I cannot get any adapters to work. Good luck! DCS in VR is amazing. -
It's December 1st 2020 and I cannot get the comms menu to come up with any of the Radio mappings or clicking on the throttle radio PTT buttons, it would be nice to be able to call up the Ground Crew for a repair. Thanks Newie! / to whom it may concern.

Hello, the end credits from the Crew Part 1 campaign say that there is a Part 2 campaign in the Persian Gulf. Where can I find it?
