  1. Before you click the OSB press and hold the “Y” key simultaneously.
  2. Get the pdf (http://www.vaicompro.com/downloads.html) and go to page 33 for manual installation.
  3. Not sure if you found SkateZilla’ tool - anyway here’s the link: SkateZilla GUI - https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=160053&highlight=gui+repair
  4. Here ya go - this is just Northwest of Las Vegas.
  5. See Chuck’s F/A-18C Guide for a plethora of information. The Trim is located on the left panel just behind the throttles. https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=212282
  6. I just did a quick test mission - got to 10k, right above Nellis AFB and shutdown both engines, lowered the gear handle, no joy. Then cranked up the APU - nada. Started the right engine while performing a high-key pattern to land - once the engine was stable , the gear came down. Finally, I started the left engine but it didn’t spool up in time as i approached to land - this plane is a brick — it has the same flying characteristics as an F-4E. BTW: I left the flaps in the auto position. Ps: I made Capt too - that was a surprise.
  7. Sounds like you learned from Capt Kirk with the Kobayashi Maru! Lol - smart choice.:music_whistling:
  8. With hydraulics out, will the gear still blow down - I’ve never tested... i will put that on the test list.
  9. That should be in reference to the Combat Air Patrol (CAP) - could also be a High-CAP (higher altitude). CAP is used to take enemy air and provide a safety margin for the mud-movers. Once all enemy fighters are destroyed and are in-check it is considered Air Supremacy- F-15C’s and F-22A’s hold that primary role.
  10. Are you using Easy Comms? IIRC there’s an issue withit in OB. If so, turn it off and dial it up.
  11. +4 :book:
  12. Look way down in the release versions table - dcs_updater.exe DCS_Updater Reference: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=114030
  13. Thanks Fitness88!
  14. Roger that! Thanks for the quick update.
  15. I just testing the latest HotFix 3 (which was released today) in the OpenBeta and the A-10C doesn’t show any rain drops on the canopy from a ME miz I created. The F/A-18C within that same miz is working. Since last week’s udpdate (2.5.3.21016 Open Beta) it stated “Rain droplets artifacts fixed for all cockpits,” so that being said, what am I missing or doing wrong?
  16. I just fully tested all maps (Caucasus, PG, NTTR) and it’s working perfectly. Also, I did delete all of the fxo and metashaders2 files before testing.
  17. FYI - the official Hot Fix 3 is now out there to be installed that includes this fix.
  18. The slow loading “could” be that it’s rebuilding the fxo and metashaders files. Mine seemed normal after the second time.
  19. I just took the time to do a 10 minute test for each of the three maps that I have and it’s good.
  20. "Looks good Flight!" - quote from the movie Apollo 13 It is now back to working as designed - good find guys! Good_NTTR_dcs.log.txt Good_PG_dcs.log.txt
  21. I uninstalled all modules and re-installed - no change CTD immediately for both PG and NTTR using the FA-18C and A-10C. The Caucasus map works perfectly. NTTR_dcs.log.txt PG_dcs.log.txt
  22. So, I assume ED is giving this a high priority in their list of things to accomplish?
  23. >>>At least you can use the ME, I CTD every time I select either New or Edit (Saved) Correction: I copied a couple of Caucasus .miz files into the ME folder and I'm able to Open/Edit and fly without the CTD
