  1. Yesterday, I did a cursory examination of the bindings in settings and everything looked as it should. Then I had to leave for the day. So, I just now did a full test and it still looks good. All bindings are there - so I’m not sure what your problem is, I sure hope you have a backup stored elsewhere. GL
  2. Looks good to me too!
  3. I’m having the same problem - it’s getting to point that it’s unusable. I un/re-installed and deleted the fxo / metashaders2 data. Also, when I “Quit”, via the ESC menu, it just locks-up and I have to go to the Task Manager and kill the process, as it’s not responding. The other maps (Caucus/PG) don’t have this issue, only NTTR. The stuttering is extreme in comparison. But, if I let the mission just sit for about 10 mins and do nothing the Quit option works about 80% of the time. I’ve played with the Pre-Load Radius option and it seems to be ineffective. I wonder if the SpeedTree technology is the contributing factor (or lack thereof)? Edit: I’m only running the OpenBeta latest version - 2.5.2.19682 (I’ve had this issue for the last several patches). I also updated to the latest NVidia drivers too.
  4. I haven’t watched this yet - https://youtu.be/_zBJEKGEGfw
  5. “you could use punch-cards if you'd like” That’s funny! I used to have to use them back in the early 80’s when I was in the USAF. What a real pain in the a$$ they were...
  6. Applies only to the Open Beta.
  7. I tried to attach a file showing the mappings but it won't attach. So, starting at PB1 (Top-Left Corner) is JOY_BTN16 then go clockwise.
  8. By selecting the Right button control it will set the diamond to the left DDI thus setting focus to the radar.

  10. Also, the radar altimeter will stop working when in an excessive bank angle because the transiever is on the bottom of the aircraft and loses its signal when not pointed directly at the ground.
  11. An excerpt from a RL F/A-18C Hornet driver (Kevin Miller) from his book Raven One: “Four-zero-six,” Sponge acknowledged as he slapped the gear handle down and moved the flap switch to half. The aircraft ballooned with the increased lift, and the landing gear caused a dull roar behind him as it extended into the airstream. He countered the increased lift with a nose down bunt and retrimmed the aircraft. He tried to concentrate on flying the airplane so he would not think about the barricade.
  12. I think he means the T/O Trim (takeoff) button.
  13. You guys have a good eye. I watched the vid just as Wags posted it last night and I didn’t pick up on it... Guess I was just too sleepy to notice... Good catch!
  14. Boy, do I remember that flight model - since Flight Sim v2 - drilling holes in the Chicago sky out of Meigs Field.
  15. Are you patched to the latest version? That used to be an issue but has since been fixed AFAIK.
  16. “...cavemanish...”. ROFL that’s a good one!
  17. 100% working as designed - just re-confirmed it - wasn’t sure if last weeks patch borked it.
  18. Honestly, I don’t know. But, here’s a kneeboard that’s helpful with the F-18C F/A-18C Quick Checklist and CV Approach Charts. (Update 1.5) https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3300643/
  19. Yes, its different sizes of the PG map. And, if you have any add-ons, they appear at the end of the maps.
  20. I say get the A-10C, it’s very easy to fly and has lots of weapon systems to learn; plus it’s a mature project that’s been around the longest (airplane-wise - Black Shark KA-50 was first).
  21. Yes - been good since day one.
  22. There was an update to make the Stable version the same as OpenBeta today - did you install that update? If so, that would make sense.
