Is this factory in the Crimea, and if so is it in Lock-on? Would be a cool target to attack/protect.

I average 15-25fps in an online flight. After some time, usually after a respawn, my fps drops to 6, then slowly gets even worse until the game is unplayable. Exiting and rejoining the mission sometimes helps a little, but to get back to normal I have to fully restart the game--or sometimes a full reboot. I've talked to a few others who have this problem too, so I don't think it's my setup. I don't remeber this happening in 1.1 or earlier, only in 1.11 and 1.12. Any chance this will get looked into by the devs? MP is almost worthless when you can only fly about 30 or 45 minutes without a restart!!

I totally agree. And it WOULD be nice to get a comprehensive list, with the new and the old stuff.

I totally agree with these. But some of these are bugs that should be fixed with a patch, not in a wishlist for an expansion (the vehicles in a line bug is a VERY bad one).

LOL I'm still trying to catch SL.PAK to get at the top of the a2g kill boards!! I wish ED would put in the ability to export deaths by AI, be it aircraft or ground units. That way we could sort the a2g stuff by a kills/deaths ratio.

Just for the record GG, on the 504 server scenes are set on medium (and have been for quite a while). One day I hope that we will be able to run on high again, maybe when the average person has a system that can handle that kind of setting.

If I had to guess I would say that the a2a mav kill was actually an a2g kill (ie: someone shot the mav at a plane on the ground). Now the AIM-9 a2g kill, that's a weird one!!

I agree completely!!! The timeframe of Lomac has gotten totally screwed up. Even now, it seems that its comparing apples to oranges in some cases (pre-LASTE A-10 vs. Su-25T??). BTW, I love it whenever anyone mentions the Jag--rep inbound!!

If I had to put money on it, I would say they would just insert the new stuff into the current FC manual. Wouldn't make much sense to rewrite the whole thing!

Why would a dynamic campaign NOT fit into Lomac? With the selection of flyables it could potentially be the best DC as far as gameplay goes! Who wouldn't want a 24-7 DC running online with the ability to fly from both sides??? The biggest hinderance to a DC for Lomac is not the design philosophy of the series but the map itself--it's kind of an odd shaped map where frontlines wouldn't make sense. Now if they were to expand the map farther into Russia and Georgia . . .

The inclusion of a dynamic campaign and the ground troups are some of the things that Lomac is falling short of.

This issue is why we are currently building a test mission for the 504 server where we will have Russia vs. Ukraine/Georgia. There will be the same exact plane set on both sides. There will be EWR on both sides, and all the air defenses will match. This is the most balanced that you can get Lomac in it's current state and we want to test the reaction in HL. I'm sure we will get some complaints from the A-10 and F-15 guys since they will be getting left out, but I have high hopes that most will like it.

My local CompUSA's weekly sales flyer has the Cougars for $179.99 after $35 instant savings and a $25 manufacturer's mail-in rebate. I haven't yet visited my local store to see if they even have any in stock (actually I've never even seen them there before). I'm just curious if this is nationwide or not. Anyone know for sure?

Finally got a chance to fly the first mission, it's really nice!! I really like the "living" airbase effect!! The FLOT was clearly visible from 30km away while I was flying south of it, artillery flying off, explosions, etc. The briefings are also well done. It was a bit difficult to stay above the suggested 2500m hard deck during my attack run though. I started at about 5500m, dove to put the target into view, locked/launched/guided the Kh-29L. By the time the 29L impacted I was passing 1500m and had tons of AAA and SAM's coming up, but I managed to kill the target with only 1 29L used and took no damage. It was interesting to try to fly home with the remaining 29L hanging from the plane--took some serious trim work to get it to fly well!! Nice challenging mission that wasn't ridiculously difficult.

This looks great, as a confirmed Su-25 whore I can't wait to give it a try!!

Which one are you talking about? Cause the newest one (the SPO-15 one) installs into lomac/demo.
