  1. There are 2 different F-18 now so may be the loadout is not the good one ? I didn' look at this but may be the new F-18 (lot 20) need more fuel to be at 100% ?

  3. It's strange because I confirm that I have to select each flying AND static plane of the mission to be able then to play normally (40-45 FPS for my low end system). I didn't give any precise parking for each aircraft : I only open the Unit List tool on the left side of the mission editor and I click once on each aircraft of the list (flying AND Static) and then saving the mission before launching the campaign ... normally :) I tryed to select only player plane then only flying planes but it didn't work (still 1 FPS) It only worked when I selected all the mission planes !

For someone who is really motivated to play those campaigns in Caucasus I found a way to do it normally or with Tomsk's "pruning" script but it's not really useful : -use the FirstMission.bat to generate a new campaign -then open the mission itself in the mission editor -using the unit list select each aircraft on the map (sometime you will have to rename the weapon load) one time -you just have to select each plane one time then select another one. -I personally selected static planes too to be sure but if you have time you can try with or without. -save the mission The mission should then work like before. Each plane will be in an individual place in airbases :thumbup: As I said it's not really useful but better than nothing :music_whistling:
  5. An other bug (which can explain the FPS loss) : many aircraft spawn on the same place on Caucasus airbases ... it seems to be an ED issue.
  6. Do you think it's possible to make a bug report about this problem ? It's not only a DCE problem so why not ?
  7. Looking at planes in pause mod (great FPS ! ) show that many of them are spawning together on the same place all over the Caucasus map !

  11. Be careful : all Caucasus campaigns are not working anymore but a fix may be available soon ...

Well it's really strange because I always had at least 30 FPS with my poor configuration on Caucasus and with just one update it's now only 1 FPS :( My main interest with DCE was the feeling of being a small part of a big war with several flights going to the frontline and others coming back, a really impressive defense line we have to destroy missions after missions and sometimes to many enemy fighters to go trought having to wait better opportunities to reach the target.:(
  14. I tested Cristofer campaigns on Caucasus and it's the same problem ! So it seems to come from the map itself ...

It seems that every DCE campaign made on Caucasus map doesn't work anymore (since last update ?) : the mission start normally but when you are in the cockpit the game stay with 1-2 FPS even after many minutes waiting :( I tryed Cristofer's campaigns and it bugs too... All campaigns made on Nevada map seem to work... Any idea ?
  16. I can't test it now because i'm still loading the last update. :( Why does it concern only Caucasus campaigns ? Did someone tryed Cristofer's Caucasus Campaigns ? Too many SAMs and planes I suppose ...

  19. It's a smart solution :thumbup: I created a small OvGME file to allow F-14 and F-4 on Iranian side but I'm not sure players will be ready to use this kind of program even if you can put other files like the modified missionscripting.lua or skins for aircrafts :huh:
  20. I suppose I need to use my Base_mission template to find the helipadId because it depends on how many units I placed before my CVN ?
  21. Did you do that ? : "Open the file "DCS World OpenBeta\Scripts\MissionScripting.lua". Add two minus signs in front of line 16 "sanitizeModule('os')" and line 17 "sanitizeModule('io')". The code block from line 16 to line 20 should then look like this: --sanitizeModule('os') --sanitizeModule('io') sanitizeModule('lfs') require = nil loadlib = nil This modification has to be repeated after each update of DCS World, as each update reverts the file back to its original state."
  22. Nice job ! It works both for AI and human I suppose ? How many planes can a carrier manage ? One completly different question : did you find iranian skins for F-14 and F-4 ? I found a skin for F-14 in VSN mod but I was not able to make it work :(
