    I'm a big fan of the map and I like the differences it offers. Love the scenery and sense of distance the map offers. I guess the satellite imagery is part of that. Knowing nothing about making maps; is it possible to mix and match the tech, or touch up some of the obvious anomalies?

    You are absolutely correct. ...and I'm still happy we have an FF F-15E instead of the F-15C.

    The E is the deep striker, the modern F-111. That's my gig.

    Again, I have no argument against an F-15C. I would buy it day one. I'm just saying the F-15E is better because of the A2G "Kaboom!"

    Anything F-15 is welcome by me. I'm a big fan. But we already have several great fighters. The F-15E is our only precision heavy striker. Kind of a modern F-111. What's not to love about that?

    No argument at all against an FF 15C. But it's just so much better that we have the FF F-15E.

    FactS: Lesser PC means more compromises. Better PC means less compromises. Great flying can be had either way by managing settings and expectations. DCS is DCS. You are you. Your rig is your rig. When all three meet in reasonable balance, great flying ensues. Be the balance, Grasshopper.

    I have a medium level rig and have very enjoyable flights. When I had a lesser-than medium level rig, I had very enjoyable flights. Basically, I have very enjoyable flights. You work with what you've got in order to have enjoyable flights. Happiness is the art of the possible.

    I see the map as a kind of out-of-the-box experiment for DCS. As such, I was happy to support RB in the endeavour. But I understand it's not everyone's cup of tea. For me, I love the feel of it, and I have reasonable confidence the bugs will get sorted out.

    Okay, so it wasn't just me. Went from 90 up high to 25 -30 down low in the mountains. Still love the map.

    I can't load up two GBU-31 V2, on the CFT racks, they don't show up on the plane but they do in the MFD page, but I can't drop them. Minor bug, I'm sure it will be fixed soon. Just happy to have JDAMS now.

    Truth be told, it is the flightsim I always wanted, even before I knew it existed. As for love, I'd love to hear Nick Grey read from Paradise Lost.

    Any foe who gives you a shiny pink livery can't be all bad. Kind of festive really. But I will certainly take your word for the MP issue.

    I don't MP, so I don't know how liveries could be a cheating thing, how could that happen?

    Start pouring... because storage is plentiful and cheap. DCS is a massive storage hog no matter what and whining about this little bit over here or that little bit over there amounts to a lot of nothing. Because the universe was not created in such a fashion that we all get what we need or want. Hence my lack of a Heatblur F-104. Sad, but I struggle through it.
