I am very interested in how the 2 seats are handled. Maybe ED can purchase his solution and give us some 2 seat A/Cs.

I hope this mod gets updated. I have empty areas in my Helios setups because I just cant get the lua files to do what I want.

Rule number 1 for the BS, Trim. Trim, then trim. Map the trim button to something on your cyclic within easy grasp of one of your fingers. Mine is my pinky button at the bottom of my stick. Everytime you move the cyclic you want to push the trim button in. Then hold it in till you helo stabilizes in the attitude you desire. Then release the trim button and let the stick recenter as quick as possible. I have a G940 with FFB so my stick will stay about where I let off the button. Then if I want, I can push gently on it to get the helo to change attitude a small bit without having to retrim. This does require one of my hands though so for true hands off flying you will want to retrim till the helo is flying just as you want it to. Use RCtrl+Enter to get the little red box in the lower left of the screen. This will allow you to see where your controls are at any time. I would love to help you learn but my flight time is very unscheduled thanks to 2 lovely small daughters. I fly mostly single player missions right now.

Yeah, WV had an accident as well. From what I have read, planes did not contact each other. Looks like pilot stops controlling aircraft 3/4 through the roll. :cry:

AI was fixed a bunch in A10C so that will automatically help BS I would hope.

I think you should not place blame on the physical condition of the pilot without a crash report. With the photo of the pilot not visible it seems that the tab broke and caused it to pitch up and black him out due to the high G that could have easily blacked out all but a fighter pilot or racing pilot.

No, those are not the same plane. No matter what you do in photoshop flipping or what not, you will not see the other side of the nose wheel with the strut shaft on the runway plane. Unless that was added. To do that at that size you would need a monster sized high res image to not get any obvious pixelation. Also the tail letters are not flipped. Nor is the numbers on the gear door. Thats a lot of PS work to make both planes from the same original. Get a 1000mm lens on a camera and put it on a tripod across the street from this base and the planes will look like they are on top of each other just like on TV when watching football. The linemen appear shoulder to shoulder but anyone who has seen a game in person knows there is plenty of room between them. I think they are actual planes but with enough work they could be chopped.

Im sorry but isnt lomac and DCS already a MMO? How many people have to be on a server to be MMO? What am I missing? Not a WOW guy and have no MMO experience. Thought it just stood for Massively Multiplayer online game?

I am not in the military but I can not believe that they tell the recon planes to just fly straight at a enemy position with manpads to take pictures. :unsure:

Sadly I dont think we will ever see a DCS level sim for the tomcat. Damn shame too.

I am interested in what the new rotor configuration is on the Z. Also shocked at how much is still shared with the venom UH-1Y. Engines and drive system seem easy enough to get into both frames, but just about every other physical aspect of the 2 designs are different. They still claim 84% similarity.

Good info. From pictures though the JASDF have 2 seat F15s. Those do not have the FAST packs either. What are their 2 seat versions based off of?

I would say that compared to an F4 an F22 is that easy. Not that I have ever flown either or talked to pilots of either but I would hope that all the advanced avionics and sensor suites have a reason for existence.

Release weapon is not the same as the gun trigger command. Release weapon is to fire the hardpoint weapons. Also, make sure you are changing controls on Real or simulation and that you are playing on those same settings. You can set up different KB commands for full simulation or for arcade controls.

BS is only less punishing till the patch comes out to use the same engine as A10. ViDock I think makes something to upgrade laptop GPU abilities, but very expensive for what you get.
