You laser cut corrugated? I have a Knife table where I work since I am also in the corrugated industry. It basically has a reciprocating exacto blade to cut the board. I have a non realistic pit designed for my table that I never cut the parts for. My table will only cut a single sheet at a time up to BC double wall which is roughly 5/16" thick. So I would have to hand glue all the layers together after they were cut. Is that what you had to do as well? If so, I applaud you. That is the main thing holding me back. I have free materials and unlimited access to the table since I am a designer.

That B2 sheds something off the top just as it pitches up. Can see pretty clear in second clip. Looked like ice, but I dont think Guam has much snow.

As luck would have it, I had a few more chances to try emergency landings tonight. Most were ok. I think I only sheared the blades once but that was a pretty hard landing so not sure it was a terrain issue. Sense, The ka50 has shocks on the landing gear. It can land with one wheel on a bump.

Never flown a modern jet sim with guns in A2A mode. How do you use that gun sight?

The parachute falls behind the pilot and then magically the pilot is standing on top of it. :music_whistling: Its pretty bad. I did not know the parachute on the ground was an easter egg. Why not update it though? See, if a fan made a simple animation I would hope ED could implement it. Then they do not need to waste resources on it. Climbing down would require a bit more work of course. Especially climbing out when upside down. After I made my upside down landing, I took control of the replay to see if I could do better. I was about 300AGL when I lost my engines the first time. With failing hydro I was unable to land as soft as I wanted. 2nd time I was ready to lose engines and made a softer landing. I ejected and walked around my wreckage. The post flight did not classify me as dead. So because I got out of the a/c I lived. I am not sure if because my BS had no engines and was shot to hell, that I was over the damage % and called dead the first time. Only because I did not exit the a/c before ending the mission. Second landing I lost the tail, but kept it on its wheels. First landing it rolled and lost a wing, but kept its tail. So I would assume the damage % were similar. Only difference is ending in the wreckage and ending outside. The reason I flipped has a lot to do with the unstable ground though. I will admit it probably has more to do with how I meet the ground most times though.

I did an autorotation landing of my severely hydro damaged BS last night in a grassy area. But since there are almost always earthquakes under my BS when landing in grass, it flipped over before I could shut down the rotors. So I was trapped and called me dead on the post flight report. Was not my fault. I guess I could have ejected after getting hit and totally written off the a/c but I think my CO is happy I was able to save most of the components of the BS. We get an absolutely horrible animation when landing after ejecting, I think they could spend the same 15 minutes to come up with an comparable animation for climbing out.

Yeah, sucks that you can not exit any ED aircraft without ejecting. A10 can extend ladder but pilot still will not get out. Just need to end your mission before exploding and you should not get a death maybe.

Doubt that a proprietary device would be created for an apache game. The investment needed to basically create a consumer grade version of the apache monocle would be way above their expected sales number for an apache simulation.

No where in the A10 manual does it say to get to speeds in excess of 350 before launching Aim9. Just launching an AAM at a bogey would be enough to get some separation and maybe get him to break off an attack.

Why is the military developing both still is my question? Viper and apache are almost identical in capabilities. Why not just use the apache in the marines? Hell the apache is actually a bit smaller and lighter. Would be better for a ship, right? Yeah, 1z has folding blades now, but I am sure the same system could be used on the apache. I like the viper helmet better I think though. Not sure why they would make pilots change eyes to fly constantly.

I have always liked the cobra and would take any variant, but like the AH-1W the most. Would also love an apache, but like the smallness of the cobra better. Or a kiowa.

I have done the same thing. Mission where you have to launch ASAP as Hinds are approaching your FARP and if you do not lift off in time, they destroy the base. Good shot.

Whats the deal with that inboard engine nacelle?

Do most soviet planes have chutes? Is that why they all seem to have that huge uhhh, extension between the engines? Didnt the wide spacing of the F14 engines cause stability problems in the event of an engine failure? Of course todays planes have much more sophisticated flight software.

Been trying to figure out the point of this thing. It requires an SRB to launch it to space, then it just glides at mach 22 till reaching its target. Then what? No way its making it back to the US after gliding to a target. Wouldn't it be easier to just make a mach 22 missile?

What is the need for the flat or circular preference? Wouldn't the amount of degrees determine the "shape"? Aren't all more than 1 monitor setups circular?

Also need to try to hit them from the top, so gain altitude, or from the rear. Front shots are akin to shooting arrows at a vault door.
