Upgrade!! Yes it has been ages, but there still is some progress!!! As it can take ages for DCS Su27 to come out (if ever) i decided to build my cockpit with limited functionality (as not al the buttons and switches are available from within FC2). Well let's start to disable my panel as it was. The wooden frame will be replaced with a 3mm thick aluminium one because i will use a lcd monitor at the back of the panel (i use LOVP for the instruments). i made some more pictures, but unfortunately i formatted my card!!! so i have limited pictures of how i made the cockpit. For the frame of the cockpit i used Mdf painted in Yellow (aircraftprimer) as you can see on this cosy picture. i did need a seat, so i tryed to make something that looks like a K36D ejectionseat. It is still in it's basic form and functional ( i mean i can sit on it:)) but in the future i will build it up as much as a K36 as i can. Next in grey primer. How Many people were attending in Paris? But i think the distance would be the biggest issue for most people Though it would be nice to have a massive multplayer event à la LLTM!!

Do i need the simconnect.dll ? When i assign a button to my other keyboard it will execute on both keyboards And how can i modify the keyboard command in FC2 separately with both keyboards do i miss something? any thoughts?

i have a Samsung 23" led hd tv and it sure lets you see more detail Rare thing though is that i have a better picture with VGA than with HDMI!!

Please don't shoot each other before we even take off:) Would there eventually be a possibility that FC2, DCS KA50 and A10 could be compatible?? Or is this a bad choice? You see, i'm searching for a compromise for every future participant! And i really like to hear other peoples opinion, just like Laud!! Cheers!!

Really i don't see a problem here, if we a have competitions with either FC2 and DCS. This year we had the Airrace, the combat missions and the demoflight were each participant could excel in what he does best. The overall winner could score points in every event he likes to participate in. So why not having separate missions for FC2 and DCS were everyone can choose his favorite aircraft? As for the Prices to give away, the end results of all missions would decide who wins. Simple as that! Just my thoughts. Oh i forgot to mention that DCS A10 and Ka50 are not compatible with each other yet, but that may well be possible next year ( FC2 and DCS KA50 are!) Cheers! Wasserfall

A bit surprising as it was the first time we had FC2 in the competition! i think this will narrow down the choice for future participants, because many people still like to fly FC2! You only would have the DCS series Ka50 and A10. If anyone has an different or other opinion to this please don't hesitate to respond here!! personally i can't wait untill next year:) Cheers!!! Having problems with the F7 key when i want to rearm (maintanance) the weird thing is that i can only use the F7 key 1 time for rearming/maintanance then it doesn't respond anymore!! A team member has the same problem. Anyone with a solution?? (trackir F7 key disabled)

Why are people always bashing on Mac's? The guy just asked a question! Could that be that i own a Mac?.... yes it's a Imac coreI7 27Inch! But for gaming i use a Pc I7 950 !! Both have there strong and weak points But it would be nice to run FC/DCS on an Imac without the need of buying a second Win7 license! At the company were i work we use Mac and Pc side by side, PLEASE don't ask me WHICH one i prefer! Regards!
