  1. Spot on! Thanks for that. Much appreciated. Makes sense.
  2. They ain’t getting any of my money.
  3. That’s great I get that. In DCS, looking at my HUD tape as a reference I get my BRC from the carrier, I then minus 180 to get my downwind leg and fly that via my HUD. Is that right?
  4. Ok so if that is the case my downwind heading would be 264 degrees? On my tape in the hud. Is that right? You see this always confuses me. I understand mag variation etc If the carrier reports 360 brc over the radio. Talk me through the whole case 1 on that figure. From a pilots perspective and the HUD etc......please! If you get me through this I will be eternally grateful
  5. Yes it does.
  6. Yep. Despite owning the Warthog for many years that hit still hurts. It's a lot of money to most people. However I am willing to make a bad financial decision .......again.....if they make the throttle. This whole half arsed approach to making the stick doesn't sit right.
  7. The deck is angled by 9 degrees so if the BRC is 090 the angled decks heading will be 081.
  8. Yep, I agree with you.

  15. Great idea.
  16. That looks fantastic. I’ve just had a look at your other stuff you make. Superb. I can’t sand wood without breaking something and messing it up.
  17. Yep, 1070 here. I run it at quite high settings and 1.5pd. No problems here.
  18. That made me spit my coffee..........
  19. There is a superb series of videos on of an F-16 FAC in Afghanistan. There is commentary describing what is going on and how it is coordinated with 2 smoke markers. Very easy to understand and makes a lot of sense.
  20. Great stuff. You do get immune to the feeling of motion sickness. I suffered from it quite badly for a few days. I never get it now.
  21. Pointing out your own hypocrisy.
