Same here. I have a warthog and bound this to TMS left

I dropped about 5fps I don't have a great rig. That's a trade off I am quite happy with. I have a wireless headset that I used with the old Rift but I am more than happy with the sound with the Rift S. I had heard it wasn't great but I like it. BTW my wireless headphones fit with the headset no problem at all. Logitech G533.

Just got my Rift S today after selling my Rift CV1. Really pleased with the way I can see all the dials, numbers and HUD so clearly. It's a massive leap from what I had with my old Rift. I wasn't expecting it be this good but man oh man I am one happy simmer!

I have no problem whatsoever in reaching any switches anywhere in that cockpit. I honestly don't understand how you can have any issues unless you are sitting in some odd position.

I have a dedicated retro pc built just for the old simulations. It's actually quite difficult to get them to run on modern systems. Some of them have incredible depth and I get a lot of enjoyment flying them along with the thick manuals you used to get.

Great stuff. Thanks for putting this together. I'm getting it next month. My full time job with the family, house etc I can't justify it in the budget. So I've been scrubbing dishes at a gastro pub in the evenings to get the money together. 2 more shifts and I have the cash.

Don't do multiplayer haven't got the time. So I will get this cheers!

I wish. Counting every penny mate :thumbup: Just had a couple of hours with this module. It's fantastic. The cockpit in VR is quality. I love this era of cold war jets. The old school digital readouts are a thing of beauty. Thanks for the recommendation and now some cheese and wine. Cheers!!

I wan't to take advantage of the summer sale. I have most of the modules but I have had my eye on either the Gazelle or the Mirage for quite some time. Two completely different things but I am seriously torn. I can't justify getting them both because of family holidays to finance but I am able to get one of them. Please help.

Does anyone know how the Hornet deploys the Harpoon? In a PC Naval simulation game that is rather risky and takes place on waters (can't mention the name forum rules or something) you have options for direction of attack and other parameters. I don't think it will be the same but it would be interesting to know?

Would love a transport plane C-130 etc within a dynamic campaign. That's the dream!

Exactly the same here.

In VR it's a large screen that appears in front of you and slightly above. Not very useful but interesting. People usually send it to another monitor. You can't do that in VR.

I agree. I will be happy to see a slight improvement and I think the mistake was to put an actual percentage on that (i groaned when I read that) as a benchmark. A lot of people will take that figure and use it literally to mark how disappointed they are going to be. Way to many factors to take into consideration.

Just found this. Thanks for taking the time to put this together. I'm having a great time using the LANTIRN after reading Black Aces High and reading the descriptions of its use during the war in Kosovo etc. Brilliant stuff and so good to get a real insight. Thanks!!
