Nope, emmiter ranging is based on SPJ only on JEFF not the DL from AWACS. F-18/F-16 can see the SAM position from pre-plan threat, but it get upated once destoryed looks like the LINK16 give some contribution.

Correct. If U lock a closer place, the TDC will stabilized. -
US has A LOT of support aircraft in its inventory, and ESM/EW is highly classified at most countries, so U can not expect a very clear/detailed infomation on these weapon / support system. A small A/C like EA-18G can geolocate a emmiter with LBI, so ESM aircraft can have similar capability with certain equipment. Also triangulation/TMA can also be used to roughly locate a emmiter, just need a RWR with good angle accuracy,certain software and digital elevation map, its not that "impossible" in the RL. Consider that DCS is a civil game, not all these system have/can be modelled, AWACS DL is a reasonable solution(since AWACS can get position DL from these system).

Best to act as an decoy while LD10 is still in the air. But DCS SAM is not that smart to switch on/off, their search radar is turned on most of the time.

If you are trying to locate a target directly from SPJ ranging, it could be a little tricky since you can not operate directly on the HSD. Select a wpn with TOO mode(LS6/GB6/802 etc). Put AG RDR as your SOI, select MAP-RBM mode, depress TDC on gernal distance of the emmiter. With a TOO wpn, the SPI position is showed on HSD with a blue diamond, move your TDC and depress a better location to make the SPI close to the SPJ ranging result. That will do. If you don't have a suitable wpn, just readout the gernal range of the emmiter, and depress TDC at that range on AG RDR, slave TGP to that SPI, VID the targets or missile smoke trails.

Just turn on the SPJ, it will show you the result of auto ranging after the emmiter illuminate the plane for serval seconds. I uesd the SMS page most of time, but I remember the submenu page will show U the alignment time countdown and some data correctly.

The bomb type weapon doesn't get intercepted in the game, not in the RL. And IAM bomb without wing should have a quite short range(not like the J-82 you have in the game), usually not safy enough for you to deliver against SAM.

EL stabilizer is tested internally, it is now worked as intended. Just wait until ED roll out next OB patch.

If you have noticed, your DCS can only use 1-1.5 cores, no matter U have 6-8 cores or not.

IL78M is the best suiter, but in the game KC130 or even KC135 may transfer fuel for U. -
Many planes do not have TRIM RESET function. I forget if the plane will return to original heading or not, but U can hold the bank input to make the plane turn a little bit.

Set some curve and set the tanker at M0.7 should be better.

Jeff only have a very simple AP due to its cost. If your bank angle is >7° when you activated the AP, the AP will maintain that bank angle. If your bank angle is <7° , the AP will level the plane for you. If you know the rules, then the AP is easy and handy to use. Desire altitude can be selected by enter the number on the UFCP, or just slightly push/pull your stick, the desire altitude will change accordingly.

If U exceed 60° cone of the tail, your missile will lost the link to the pod thus lose control and fly into ground or space.:smilewink: So a hard pitch up and pitch down may not work on AKG. The missile is a quite basic MIL weapon, as U can see the SPI is not displayed in terminal like some modern MIL cruise missile. And it does not have full protection like an plane, in RL some pilots even stall the missile with bad control input. In the game, ASM FM model is not that complex like the AAM AFM, so with the drag decrease at high altitude, the missile even speed up. But again, it's an air to surface missile,will not involve the PVP part,so the simplifed model can decrease the workload of CPU thus give more FPS, game need balance from reality.

EXP/DBS1/DBS2 is just place holder at the moment, their may not functional as intended.

Did U turn on the ECS(enviroment control system) to provide cooling to certain system? System can be overheated thus not useable if U forget the ECS.

AKG is not an airplane, it's not easy to control it maintaining a very low altitude through pod. And the noise at low altitude is greatly increased thus downgrade the image quality back to the pod. (Modeled) If U want to penetrate the SAM net through very low altitude, U could miss your target in most case(can't find the target).

The RBM is pretty much depend on ED's API, and the clear picture of an airfield may require DBS(only a concept and place holder in the game) or SAR(Jeff don't have). IMO(maybe wrong), the oil tankers in PG is probablely not an "object" like the one you can put onto the map with mission editor. It's more like a building than a ship in the game .

1.Not happened on my side. Radar stay at the mode I selected, unless SP/SLV is commanded(these two command the AG radar to reset to default mode,MAP-RBM). 2. RBM is using ED's AG radar API, at current stage,it's not able to show U the exact place where the real scan zone is, the whole map inside AZ limiter will be updated, no matter where the real scan zone is pointed. 3.Elevation stabilzer is fixed internally and waiting for the update/hotfix to release. 4.My elevation indicator do move up and down with the number, not centered in the middle.

Check the mission editor if U have WMD7 POD on 2-4-6 or not. If not,plz check whether U have ever installed some kind of MODs,etc. That might corrupt original files. If so, repair your game with clean up selected. The original file is fine with WMD7 loadout.
