Weights are as they are here. Phoenix rails are accounted for in total weight. Don't go off of ME weights.
-
Don't trust the ME weights. It's all jacked up. Just go off of real weights on charts.

The glove vanes were welded shut very early on into the development of the F-14A, and were proceeded to be welded shut on all F-14s in the USN fleet.

There is still guidance bugs. I reported about this yesterday. It's an ED thing, to an extent.
-
Show some tacview evidence of your findings. Chances are they are how they should be.

That's exactly what it is. It displays yaw rate. It comes on automatically on the TID above a certain yaw rate.

Curious if/when we will get the horizontal stabilizer to rest like this when the hydraulics are at 0 https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&url=https%3A%2F%2Fforums.bohemia.net%2Fforums%2Ftopic%2F185480-f-14-tomcat-series-standalone%2F%3Fpage%3D11&psig=AOvVaw2OgAcp75d59PsamUiVVf4l&ust=1605836231295000&source=images&cd=vfe&ved=0CAIQjRxqFwoTCNChuqO8je0CFQAAAAAdAAAAABAK https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&url=https%3A%2F%2Fnara.getarchive.net%2Fmedia%2Fa-close-up-view-of-the-engine-exhaust-nozzles-of-the-f110-engines-of-a-fighter-9a9c3d&psig=AOvVaw2OgAcp75d59PsamUiVVf4l&ust=1605836231295000&source=images&cd=vfe&ved=0CAIQjRxqFwoTCNChuqO8je0CFQAAAAAdAAAAABAP

Bug: AIM-54 tracking chaff at the most odd time along with reacquisition weirdness. Potentially may be from Pilot+RIO desync. TWS track not showing phoenix active queue(Blinking TTI) Can I reproduce it 100%: yes How to reproduce/ description: Step1: Get in a 2-crewed F-14 on a DCS multiplayer server. Step2: Fire any phoenix variant in TWS on any number of bandits. Step 3: Let the phoenix go active. The harder the notching/maneuvering target, the better. Result: Phoenix goes stupid within active range. Possibly incorrect notch value numbers in missile API. Result 2: Phoenix does not reacquire, even though bandit turns hot back into phoenix seeker limits. Possibly the phoenix "tunnel visioning" on the single bundle of chaff while there is a huge MiG coming right in the radar seeker. Result 3: TWS track not showing active queue passed 16 TTI. Possibly the phoenix going active before 16 TTI and not indicating that it did DCS Version: OpenBeta 2.5.6.57949 Track: From my Pilot. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/465974839862362113/778709516853575731/CSG-2_Georgian_Coast_v11.16-20201118-194823.trk From me(RIO): https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/323140031441272833/778713039133605908/CSG-2_Georgian_Coast_v11.16-20201118-125101.trk Tacview files: From my Pilot: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/465974839862362113/778714118449397760/Tacview-20201118-194853-DCS-CSG-2_Georgian_Coast_v11.16.zip.acmi From me(RIO): https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/323140031441272833/778714562303885322/Tacview-20201118-125116-DCS-CSG-2_Georgian_Coast_v11.16.zip.acmi Video/ Screenshots: Both from my tacview. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/435484399778136114/778707651571220500/2020-11-18_13-41-01.mov https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/435484399778136114/778707656491139113/2020-11-18_13-43-06.mov Mods: I do not use any mods. Other users on the Tomcat Alley discord server are saying they are seeing somewhat similar results. Similar bug to what was seen in the past few patches. I reported something similar in the past.

There is combat footage of F-14s in OIF and OEF of the LANTIRN being operated above 24/25 thousand feet. As high as 33,000, iirc. Though, I think these were newer blocks of LANTIRNs, and the “burn-out” issue was resolved.

Intended. A bandit that is 30 degrees off your left will show as “BRG 330 RNG XXX” or a bandit at your 9 would be “BRG 270 RNG XXX”. It’s just quick math in your head. I am unsure whether this was changed to 30L/90L with the introduction of the PTID software, and/or newer fishbowl software updated.

Pretty sure the F-14A 95-GR will be the only one without fuel tank pylons -

AIM-54 Changes / new API fixes are live in today's patch
BreaKKer replied to IronMike's topic in DCS: F-14A & B
The command that allows the RIO to manually tell the Phoenix to go active, as compared to the 16 second TTI. The active switch that you are thinking of is to send a Phoenix off the rails active. -

Curious when the “Active Phoenix Command” in the back seat will be implemented. I remember it was mentioned on a podcast with Heatblur.
