Hi, in the past, we had to set our last waypoint to a landing point in the mission editor, to get the virtual runway in the HUD. But now, we have the INS, where we can add and edit waypoints manual. Is it possible, to set one waypoint as landing point via the INS to get the virtual runway or is this a feature, we'll see in the future? Thanks in advance, Fire

Yep. Or VHF (AM/FM), whatever frequency you enter. But you need a unit and a trigger zone, as well.

Yep. Input the NDBs frequency in the UHF radio and switch from TCN mode to ADF mode. But if you use ADF, you can't use the radio. Just a note. But that should be enough for VFR aproaches. If you don#t know, how to set manual NDB stations, watch this: Note: You have to use UHF frequencies, instead of the shown VHF/FM frequencies in the video. Type them without the comma, 325500 (325.500) for instance.

If you only fly singleplayer and already have a few good modules, I would recommend Nevada. If you want an almost finished fixed-wing aircraft, you should take the F-5. It's alot fun to fly. I fly the M-2000C very often, but there are still bugs and unfinished features. And with little time, I would imagine that this is very frustrating.

For non-precision navigation, you can use the ADF, as well.

Looking forward to the point, where this mod also will work with the dynamic weather.

Hi, before DCS 1.5 the contrails were fix at round about 25.500 feet. Since DCS 1.5/ 2.0 they are variable, sometimes 21.000 ft., sometimes 24.000 ft.. What affects their height? QNH? And is there a static table/file at which QNH(?) their height is set or is it generated dynamic? Thanks in advance. kind regards, Fier

Windows 10 wurde neuinstalliert (kein Update/ Upgrade), habe alle Festplatten vorher formatiert. D.h. der Saitek Treiber ist frisch.

Hi chromium, we tested it yesterday in DCS 2.0.3 OA at Nellis and it worked like a charme. Does this mod also control the height of the contrails? Are they driven by QNH? Thanks in advance.

That's quite enough. With the range you can hold outer-group formations out of sight. And if you use it, for example, in a trail formation, you can recognize, if you close up to your leader, fall back or hold the formation. Don't forget: You've a radar, as well.

Nein, beide Rechner laufen mit Win10. Es funktioniert ja seit dem Tag der Umstellung auf Win10 nicht mehr, ein paar Stunden vorher auf Win7 war noch alles schick. Und grundsätzlich läuft es ja, aber eben nur nach einem Neustart.

Zu früh gefreut: Den Joystick lädt er nur sauber, wenn ich den Rechner via "Neustart" reboote. Bei einem kompletten (Kalt)start des Rechners, bleibt das Display sowie die Hintergrundbeleuchtung weiterhin aus.

Habe unter den Energie Optionen das selektive Deaktivieren von USB ausgeschaltet und im Gerätemanager für alle USB Controller die Option "kann zum Stromsparen ausgeschaltet werden" deaktiviert. Ich hatte schon die Befürchtung, dass ich ihn nun an einen der USB 3.0 Ports hängen muss.

Moin zusammen, seit der Umstellung auf Windows 10, scheint der Treiber meinen X-52 beim Windows Start nicht korrekt zu erkennen bzw. zu laden. Es leuchten lediglich der Clutch-Button (i) und der Moduswahlschalter, alle anderen sind aus (Hintergrundbeleuchtung). Wenn ich ein SST Profil lade, wird dies jedoch korrekt auf dem - dunklen - Display angezeigt. Wenn ich den USB Stecker einmal ziehe und neu stecke, funktioniert die Beleuchtung einwandfrei. Das gute Stück hängt aktuell an einem USB 2.0 Anschluss, zwei andere habe ich auch schon gestestet. Unter Windows 7 lief alles korrekt. Habe den Treiber 7.0.53.6 und die selbe SST Version. Hat da jemand eine Idee? Gruß Fire
