Just thought I would share some pictures of some fun I had with the F-86 Sabre. I just recently purchased it and absolutely love it! I don’t think this jet gets enough attention in the DCS world, it’s an Absolutely Beautiful jet and a blast to fly!!

I´m quite new to the Sabre, but I´m loving it. 
So I thought I´d share some pics of my training session yesterday. I build myself a little training mission on Cyprus, and decided to learn how to shoot rockets...

As usual, we took off from our homebase at Paphos at the southern end of Cyprus:

The target was not too far away on the northern coast. It was quickly spotted (thanks to conveniently placed green smoke), so I readied the rockets and dove down.

Scored some hits but didn´t do much damage (because I was aiming at the static objects I placed there instead of the trucks...)

So the guns had to do most of the work:

While my wingman was dropping his bombs on the target, I spotted two little dots coming in from the east:

Unfortunately, the replay freaked out at this point, so I wasn´t able to take screenshots of the actual dogfight, but I´m proud to say that I scored my first ever aerial victory in DCS
Didn´t have enough ammunition to engage the second one, so we headed home...Mission complete !

Because the headrest had a red high-density foam pad glued to it from the factory.  They shipped like that from North American Aviation.
