heinzknocke Posted November 11, 2014 Posted November 11, 2014 Not sure if this a bug with the latest update but I cannot get my wheels up they go half way and stop with the plane vibrating tried all different speeds still occurs and sometimes tires blow, front wheel acts normally only seems to affect both main wheels any ideas. ricktoberfest Posted November 11, 2014 Posted November 11, 2014 I wonder if the su-25 uses the same programming as the su-27 for the gear, I know people were having trouble with the gear in it in the beta
heinzknocke Posted November 11, 2014 Author Posted November 11, 2014 Don't know, i've no problems with other aircraft only the su25 since 1.2.11 Heinz
kontiuka Posted November 11, 2014 Posted November 11, 2014 At what speed are you trying to retract the gear? I've tried speeds over 500 kph and was able to.
joey45 Posted November 11, 2014 Posted November 11, 2014 Do you have stores or a clean frame? Upload the track/mission file. Dr_Arrow Posted November 11, 2014 Posted November 11, 2014 Cannot confirm in official 1.2.11, no problems with Su-25T gears so far.

Heinz :helpsmilie: 1.2.11 and SU25T too: I'm not having any luck with my SU25T training mission, either; throttle flutters back and forth in the virtual cockpit, engines won't start, mission eventually freezes.
BitMaster Posted November 12, 2014 Posted November 12, 2014 I had that too once lately but dunno if it was beta, last official or my fault but I flew her a few hours with the latest patch and it's all fine, same as before but with ECM/IR working...great. BitMaster Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 UL one of your missions if they still fail AFTER saving with the LATEST PATCH that JUST got released TODAY. 159th_Viper Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 sorry about no track to show you guys complete noob no idea how to upload a track I only fly em don't know how any of it works. Heinz To post a track, do the following: Run the mission and when you have replicated the issue just hit 'Esc' and you will be taken to the debrief screen. On the debrief screen there is a tab that allows you to save the track named 'Save Track'. Click on 'Save Track' and follow the prompts to save the track which will be saved in your Saved Games/DCS...../Tracks folder. Once the track is saved, navigate to the Main screen and hit the 'Replay' tab. Select your track to view and just confirm that the track has saved and is indeed playing back correctly and illustrating the problem as you experienced it in-mission. If you are satisfied, exit SIM and post a reply to this thread. When doing so, you will notice a paperclip icon for attachments in the top toolbar. Click on the paperclip and a new window (manage attachments) will pop up. Hit the 'Choose file' tab on the left and navigate to the location of your track file and hit open. Thereafter hit the 'Upload' tab and the track will upload. Once done, click on the paperclip icon again and the forums will automatically insert the track link for you in your text. Hit the 'Submit Reply' tab and you're good to go. Novice or Veteran looking for an alternative MP career? Click me to commence your Journey of Pillage and Plunder! skywalker_42 Posted November 14, 2014 Posted November 14, 2014 Clock in SU-25T hello all in the SU-25T ECM and DIRCM are corrected:thumbup: , but the clock is still not fully active is there a fix planned thank you for your answers http://www.veaf.org/fr/forums/dcs-su-25t
159th_Viper Posted November 14, 2014 Posted November 14, 2014 (edited) Morning managed it please see the attached track file with the problem Ta for the track :) Had a look and your problem is that you are waiting too long to rotate, thus damaging your gear. Also, clear the ground properly before retracting your gear. At the weight you were in that track (light) you can start pulling back on the stick at 240km/h and lift off at approx 260km/h. Wait until you are well clear of the runway and retract your gear. See your enclosed track where I took control and flew the take-off as an example. Hope this helps - shout if you have any further questions regarding the Toad. Dr_Arrow Posted November 14, 2014 Posted November 14, 2014 For RL Su-25 it is suggested to start rotation at 160-180 km/h at nominal load by pulling the stick from 1/2 to 2/3 range with nominal load, with full load the rotation should be done at 200-220 km/h. The front wheel should lift at 190 - 240 km/h. This is perfectly replicable in the sim and shows how good the flight model is  . For Su-25T the speeds increase by some 10-20 km/h. Full flaps should always be used during take-off. :pilotfly:
heinzknocke Posted November 14, 2014 Author Posted November 14, 2014 Thank you for all your help regarding this matter just tried it out works a treat you made a su25 pilot very happy. :) Heinz
