And how many are going to buy this AH-1, when the number of DCS flyers saying "no purchase from BST until they finish their old products" is increasing? Some Cobra or just US helo fanatics will, sure, but that's not how business is done.

Reputation of the studio is going down and they better get together and push previous betas forward if they want to keep/increase their customer base. I'm glad to read PilotMi8's note above. Sounds promising. Let's wait and see what comes out of it.

It's funny how BST is getting beaten by the beta status of the modules although they are delivered with almost 100% finished external model and cockpits (at plural!), high fidelity PFM, they get tweaked and patched always in the first 2 months so people can enjoy them at full (remember the Huey FM and cockpits being tweaked and improved in functionality)... just because Mi-8 got its manual after more than a year (although people were using it like they own a real one in their backyards) from day one... all was wiped out and BST name is trashed.

But other studios... with modules made with not an inch of AFM/PFM/EFM but a SFM like any other ordinary mod (ffs there are free mods with proto-AFM) with half of cockpits to fly from (or should I say for some... quarter of cockpits), zero missions, training, etc, are praised for their great work and exceptional public relations although it is almost perceivable that they stalling and stalling.

And I won't even mention the pricing here...

I Totally agree with this!

Way to much Belsimtek bashing.

HP G2 Reverb (Needs upgrading), Windows 10 VR settings: IPD is 64.5mm, High image quality, G2 reset to 60Hz refresh rate. set to OpenXR, but Open XR tool kit disabled.

DCS: Pixel Density 1.0, Forced IPD at 55 (perceived world size), DLSS setting is quality at 1.0. VR Driver system: I9-9900KS 5Ghz CPU. XI Hero motherboard and RTX 3090 graphics card, 64 gigs Ram, No OC... Everything needs upgrading in this system!.

Vaicom user and what a superb freebie it is! Virpil Mongoose T50M3 base & Mongoose CM2 Grip (not set for dead stick), Virpil TCS collective with counterbalance kit (woof woof). Virpil Apache Grip (OMG). MFG pedals with damper upgrade. Total controls Apache MPDs set to virtual Reality height. Simshaker Jet Pro vibration seat.. Uses data from DCS not sound... goodbye VRS.

Any News?

Though I belong to one of those bashing Belsimtek, I tend to agree with You.

The Belsim modules are way mor complex than some if the most recent released trainers and WW2 warbirds.

I don't own Hawk and C-101, don't plan to, and have zero interest in how shoddy or good their development is. Even If I had, that would be irrelevant. We're talking about BST here. Sure they release almost finished products and provide noticeable update support during first 2-3 months after (though Your definition of "enjoy at full" seems to be different than mine), the problem is though further development suddenly stops, with a minor tweak or two being released every now and then. The "almost finished" turns into "Neverending Story" and this is what some customers have second thoughts about.

We've been told lately that after -15 release, more of devs' time would be spent on polishing the Sabre and Mi-8. I'm eagerly waiting for the results...

... while remembering that according to one post from early march, EN draft manual for the -15 was basically done and supposed to be published just about week away.

Colleagues! After the release of the beta of the MiG-15, we had time to complete our lagging modules. Among them, the Mi-8 and Sabre. Ie Now we have started to do this purposefully!:book:

Thank you PilotMi8 for your answer ! You think realized one of the following féatures: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=129988 ?

Thx.

I really hope we get gunners soon... While I love all modules made by Belsimtek, I think the missing manuals for the MiG-15, the Sabre and other missing features are simply unacceptable, especially for a module that has been in beta for over a year.

I did my part to help the community learn about these planes, but... I'm just one guy.
