Granted they are usually given out less then a month before it's release. Of coarse that doesn't mean its going to happen for the beta release of 1.5/2.0. What you said is usually correct when they are predicting when development is expected to be finished.

Harrah's is on the ball about getting free advertising, but "The Murage" apparently wanted money to use their name; I'd love to know how much money they wanted to have their name spelled correctly. Practice makes perfect.
