Having the same problem. Would be ok if I had one or two modules unlocked, but it's my first time I'm using it.

i had same prob i cleared the log file rebooted and its fine

which log was that?

 

Is this a known issue, or are there, like, 5 of us having this problem?

I had similar issue, however as a few others have mentioned, unchecking the auto-login/save creds checkbox let me login straight away.

Had the same issue last night, worth trying to uncheck all the auto-login/save creds as this seemed to work for me and a number of others.

My problem is not solved almost 12h. What i can to do...? Still waiting and can`t login.

I`m open support ticket on dcs site #44043 last night and i have only auto confirmation email that may ticket is sent.

my guess is the login server is under extreme load at the moment, please be patient ED are aware

 

that might be the reason, do you think that it applies as well if it loggs me off automatically and keeps saying that my login credentials are wrong each time I try to login in again?

Login on the webside (not the forum) works perfectly, so there´s no username/password issue.

ED change my username (login) and problem solved.

 

Login / Logout work perfect now.

Go to dcs site and open support ticket and ask to change username as you wish. Tell your desired username and support will change it for you. That is helped me and fixed login problems.

DCS gave me the wrong login/password warning too. In order to make it work I had to change my password to something else without a special character. Basically only A-Z, a-z and 0-9.

Now I can log in. It would be nice if they could fix this as I don't feel comfortable without a complex password :).

Hey guys, the password issue is known and already fixed waiting for an update to be released.

I only wonder whether my issue was caused by the same error.

 

(Login worked great and after I installed the A-10C via using the Modulemanager DCS has logged me off automatically and didnt accepted my credentials anymore...so

I hope that the update wont take to long...I was so close :cry: :joystick: )

Ok, I figured it out.. sort of. My old Bitdefender bug is back. I have only A-Z, a-z, and 0-9 characters in my password, but I can never connect. Had this problem many moons ago, but it went away..

 

All I have to do is Disable Bitdefender AV/FW for about 10 seconds, then re-enable them. And it lets DCS connect. This is an old bug... I have spent about 5 hours (months ago) trying all combinations of adding DCS exes to the BD exclusions list in the FW and in the AV and the results were always flaky. The only consistent solution was to disable then re-enable either (or both... I can't remember) the AV or FW. Very annoying, but now I know..

Part of it is server load... I had issues yesterday as well, tried once, failed tried again, No Internet, tried again... fine.

I've exactly the same issue. Not sure what DCS is trying to do differently to any other game out there as my BD firewall doesn't throw up any problems for anything else. It's not a major issue but would be nice if we could figure out a solution for it.

Unless I'm missing something it looks like there isn't a way to change the store/game password without going through support options, so I'll just wait for the update.

1. Log in on digitalcombatsimulator.com

2. Click on Profile at the top right of the website

3. Click on Change Password on the left under personal information

If you copy and paste your password into the game it works even with special characters.

 

Maybe it a problem with keyboard key layout not being properly recognized (since I am using a french keyboard for example)
