For all those currently playing (and hopefully having fun) with the campaign, I have a small request: could you take your time and report any inconsistencies, problems or wishes in the thread dedicated for the campaign? Of course praises are also most welcome too :music_whistling:

The reason I ask is that in the beginning of the year I would like to update the campaign and squash any bugs that are found (luckily, so far only two) and take onboard any suggestions you might have.

Thanks for your support and all the best for 2016 for everyone!

I guess he is looking to improve the campaign by addressing any issues that didn't come up in his own bug hunting. I would've thought that was a fairly laudable thing?

So people have to pay for your 3rd party campaign and do your bug hunting work for you? That doesn't seem like a good deal. That kinda feels like what we 're already doing with DCS: World.

That is one way to look it. The way I see it, if I am getting paid for the campaign it is my duty to make sure not only that all bugs are squashed, but also to take into account suggestions of those who play the campaign to make it better.

And I guess that is a deal with any game you get, no matter the price. Fortunately so far only 2 very minor bugs were found, hope it stays that way!

Yep, that's the aim, thanks!

I will happily look for any bugs while I play this amazing campaign. Don't listen to the haters. As far as I'm concerned The enemy within is the best thing that has happened to the A-10C in DCS. Worth every penny!

So here you get to talk to the person in charge of the campaign, ready to provide a kind of service you wouldn't even get for much more expensive products, and you're unhappy? Sheesh, talk about the glass that's half empty.

Noone is twisting your arm to do anything. Participate or don't, it's your choice.

Hi,

I don't know if this topic is still alive. I just tried the "old", free version of March 2015 to have a taste of it, and in the first mission (Arriving) I can't radio Dodge 2, the other flight. Frequency is set to 124.00 MHz as briefed, but no Dodge 2 option anywhere in the VHF AM menu. Can anyone advise maybe?

As I recall it, you don't need to contact them manually.

Before landing, I think they're going into a holding pattern so that they won't screw up the player flight. The freq is just there for immersion (and your flight and the tanker will probably transmit on it).

In any case, once you land, the mission will be counted as successful.
