-- yea, wouldn't that be just the cherry on top     Along with a troubleshooting section. For example: preset buttons do not seem to work for me when the build is selected. Before it was selected with the blue frame, the buttons worked, just they were unable to find the content, everything is "No data".

Manual is being worked on, but some parts need to wait until sections of the app are done.

I will see if I can code a way for it to inherit it's own filename and relay that to the function that scans for the app's filename.

But I think I looked into this with the old app and never was able to come up with a solution.

So now with then new version what should I do for open in multithreading mode? I don't see a multi-threading: ON option in menu.

Also the Model viewer option is not working.

No clue how it works with the extra VR settings, but if you configure one of the slots to use for flatscreen as a test, and only point the app to the DCS OpenBeta folder, it's possible to click and enable MT.

Finally got around to install the new version today myself. It's awesome, so a huge thank you @SkateZilla!

One question though. In the old version I could choose the OpenTrack.exe instead of TrackIR, and hence "save" one of the slots for the five custome applications, except that it didn't change icon obviously. But in the new version it seems to only work with the real TrackIR application.
As future request/wish, would it be possible to change this, so one can choose between TrackIR/OpenTrack or any other headtracking software? Pretty please!

it's keyed to the TrackIr5.exe, as that's what it looks for when it runs TrackIR check.

In My App?
Under Launch Buttons there's a Multi-Threaded ON / OFF Toggle.

Also, ModelViewer does not work in bin-mt.

Been away for a few days and just tried out the new version of the app.  All issues now resolved for me, and great to see an option to allow the window position to be remembered, and that it now remembers the last setting of the MT option.

Recently downloaded the new version, great job? 2 questions, the app window is too large for my screen and nowhere to make it smaller, solution? Maybe because of this I couldn’t find where to update the App or see the option to remember window position? Thanks in advance for any help with this.

There currently is no way to make the window larger/smaller, the 1400x850 is the hard coded resolution for the immediate future,
Further down the line, I may re-configure it to allow the window to grow.

However, Going into this version the % of users polled w/ a resolution less than 1080p was less than 3% out of 500 responses.

There's simply no way to include all the data and features in a smaller window, originally the UI was 1920x1080p hard coded. I sacrificed a few things and re-configured a few features to get it down to 1400x850.

There is no "Auto Update" as of right now, it will have a line across the top of the app when there's a new version available, and it will always be in the first post of this thread.

As for Position Memory, on the App Settings Tab, when the option is enabled, it will save the window position when closing, and restore that position when opening.

So no way to update the App from the App, only from this thread? Also, would I need to change my monitors resolution to read all that is on the App window as now I am missing some of the lines on the bottom?

Correct,
-Auto Update and Companion Updater App were removed until my webhost issues are resolved.

-Window Size is hardcoded.

Color me blind. Where is the "Apply" button for when one does changes to the app?
Windows wanted a reboot after an update, and I just pressed "close all", and all the settings in the app were gone.

Not a big issue, just redid them, closed the app, and then the settings were saved.

The Settings save when the app closes,
Windows Force Closing is the same as End Process, so it doesnt save,
I will add a save button somewhere indiscrete.

I have problems with scaling of text in the GUI. I use system scaling of 125%, the resolution is 2560x1440. I tried disabling scaling in the executable properties-compatibility but it doesn't seem to work. The text is still cut. Any hints?
