Rlaxoxo Posted April 24, 2016 Posted April 24, 2016 (edited) I just wanted to say that I tried flying out the Mirage in 1.5 after coming back home this weekend and It feels amazing. The feeling of It ... the FM ... everything looks so well done, so far I can't find any major issues that bother me and I've been doing some crazy stuff with it : ) So ya I think It's time for me to say that Mirage really feels amazing now in DCS and GJ to Razbam for amazing transparency, great communication plus really hard work and effort that's been put into this plane ... It shows. I can't even begin to think how awesome this thing is gonna be when it's 100% finished since It's already one of my favorite Modules in DCS. The FM in latest 1.5 patch is simple outstanding Of course there might be some minor odd bugs here and there but ya like I said I really like it ... Once again Great Job guys : ) Edited April 26, 2016 by Rlaxoxo 2 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Youtube Reddit

Fer_Fer Posted April 24, 2016 Posted April 24, 2016 agreed, even though i am a bad pilot, i am having a lot of fun with it. so credit where credit is due. Razbam did a great job so far.
Lucifah Posted April 24, 2016 Posted April 24, 2016 I'll simply add this: +1  Thoroughly enjoying it, although I have so much to learn. mattebubben Posted April 24, 2016 Posted April 24, 2016 (edited) I agree. I really love this Module and its the fighter i fly the most right now (if not the only fighter i fly in MP right now) And i love flying and fighting in it in MP especially. Sure it still has some minor kinks/Bugs and some systems not yet completed /added but the progress of the fixes and progress etc have been so rapid (On the Razbam side atleast since they cant control the ED Update schedule) that i have complete faith that it will be perfect in a rather short time. But at this point its completely combat capable and is a very competitive fighter in MP against all of the FC3 fighters (if you use its strengths) And i enjoy every minute i fly in this aircraft and every kill i get in it. Keep up the good work Razbam both on the Mirage and on the other modules you are making that im confident will be just as amazing. Edited April 24, 2016 by mattebubben
Zeus67 Posted April 24, 2016 Posted April 24, 2016 Thank you folks. That really warms our hearts, knowing that we are achieving our goals and that you are enjoying our work. As a side note, I will be joining MP ASAP to see how I fare against the pros. :music_whistling: "Programming today is a race between software engineers striving to build bigger and better idiot-proof programs, and the Universe trying to produce bigger and better idiots. Zeus67 Posted April 24, 2016 Posted April 24, 2016 Glad to see you're alright man ^^ Thanks. We are blessed to have come through the ordeal with nobody harmed and minimal damage. God willing, I will resume work this week. 1 "Programming today is a race between software engineers striving to build bigger and better idiot-proof programs, and the Universe trying to produce bigger and better idiots. Evilducky Posted April 25, 2016 Posted April 25, 2016 Awesome stuff guys, and I'm really looking forward to your future here. What I would like to know now is, do you enjoy the challenge of creating aircraft for DCS or FSX? I saw your post about how you will be taking about a year break from FSX for DCS and want to know is when that year is up, are you going to go back to doing FSX or are you done with it? Just want to hear your side of it because of how you started off on FSX. I know they are the same idea but different animals and you could have a good story. :)
VTJS17_Fire Posted April 25, 2016 Posted April 25, 2016 I can only agree with that! We (our squadron) transfered from the F-15C to the M-2000C on day 1 and never regret this step. Waiting for the INS and more advanced Radar (bullseye) and our virtual life is fine. :) PS: Looking forward to your next module. :joystick: Hardware: Intel i5 4670K | Zalman NPS9900MAX | GeIL 16GB @1333MHz | Asrock Z97 Pro4 | Sapphire Radeon R9 380X Nitro | Samsung SSDs 840 series 120GB & 250 GB | Samsung HD204UI 2TB | be quiet! westr Posted April 25, 2016 Posted April 25, 2016 I'd like the dropping radar lock fixed. But I do think Razbam have been excellent with the M-2000C and it's really exciting that they have got involved with DCS. The quality of their work has maintained the high standards we are used to with DCS and it bodes well to have a developer with good resources producing for the sim I love. Also have been very impressed with the flight model on the Mirage it is a lot of fun. Thank you Razbam. rrohde Posted April 25, 2016 Posted April 25, 2016 Another shout out for RAZBAM! The M2000C became my fav module and still is. Cannot wait for the pilot figure to be visible in the 'pit as well. ;) With this pedigree in mind, RAZBAM would be the premier third party development team to bring us an F-16, too. ...just sayin'. 1 PC: AMD Ryzen 9 5950X | MSI Suprim GeForce 3090 TI | ASUS Prime X570-P | 128GB DDR4 3600 RAM | 2TB Samsung 870 EVO SSD | Win10 Pro 64bit Gear: HP Reverb G2 | JetPad FSE | VKB Gunfighter Pro Mk.III w/ MCG Ultimate VKBcontrollers.com
Aginor Posted April 25, 2016 Posted April 25, 2016 The M2000C is amazing already, and still getting better. I totally agree to this thread. Great work Razbam. :) DCSW weapons cheat sheet speed cheat sheet
TaxmanTom Posted April 25, 2016 Posted April 25, 2016 Yes, thank you very much! Looking forward to whatever the future brings from you guys. The M2000C is incredible, an absolute blast and now rather than just flying the MiG21 all the time, I now also shoot them out of the skies!

Desafortunadamente no por el momento. Tenemos otros proyectos en bandeja que necesitan salir antes de regresar al M-2000C. Me alegro que te guste. Thank you Google Translate: Will we see some more variants of m2000? or only be the C? because we are very disadvantaged relative to the amount of missiles carrying variant c. after that it goes without saying that I am delighted with the plane. Unfortunately not at the moment. We have other projects that need exit tray before returning to the M-2000C. I'm glad you like it. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Youtube Reddit
BlackLion213 Posted April 26, 2016 Posted April 26, 2016 I just wanted to say that I tried flying out the Mirage in 1.5 after coming back home this weekend and It feels amazing. The feeling of It ... the FM ... everything looks so well done. +1! I hadn't flown the Mirage for a couple of weeks (learning to fly helicopters in Nevada) and things are vastly different! The flight model is so much more interesting and engaging, I now have to practice my approaches again. Precise throttle inputs are now much more important, the throttle is laggier (in a good way :)), and and there is so much more "sense of inertia" even as the controls feel more precise and immediate. It now feels that the FBW is "coping" with the inherent pitch instability of the airframe. It feels awesome! Beautiful work Razbam! I have been a Mirage fan since it was first released in December, but the recent changes have made a substantial impact - I now want to fly it a whole lot more. Also, thank you to Rlaxoxo for posting - otherwise I wouldn't have checked out all of the recent upgrades and jumped back in so soon. I can't wait for the campaign either. The storyline sounds fantastic and very realistic - plus the integrating of some training is very appreciated for those of us new to DCS. This article really got my attention: http://www.mudspike.com/preview-baltic-dragons-mirage-2000c-campaign-for-dcs-world/ Thank you for the good times. :) -Nick
