L-39 Albatros Video Contest

You already have the L-39 and you think you are the bee’s knees when it comes to flying it? Here is your chance to prove it. Between 27 May and 03 June, we will be accepting video submissions of your L-39 solo acrobatics prowess over the Nevada map.

 

Basic rules will be:

• Aircraft: L-39C/ZA
  
• Map: Nevada Test and Training Range
  
• Duration: One to five minutes
  
• Full HD
  

 

Prizes will be:

• 1st place - Two Eagle Dynamics developed modules of your choice
  
• 2nd place - One Eagle Dynamics developed module of your choice

You can use any views, incockpit and externals, as you wish for much spectacularity.

It's a shame the replay system is borked.

It kinda works, just make sure to have as little units as possible and keep it short. I was able to record a 20min video with it.

I've experienced that the track file will replay correctly as I flew if start up the plane with auto start up key (LWin+home). Whenever start up by manual procedure the track file will not replay correctly.

It's a shame the replay system is borked.

 

Quit beefing and start recording. I came to this thread for thrills and spills:music_whistling:

 

I recently recorded a 2 hour MP mission from a track without issues. I believe it is getting better by the patch:thumbup:

What a great idea! The Albatros is a lovely bird and so beautifully modeled in DCS.

 

As I already own almost every module and don't have the time to participate with a proper attempt and a decent video, I'd like to share that rough take:
