Spacehamster
Not sure if this is a bug. Flying straight, no external payload, full afterburner. The plane very slowly rolls over to the right. Is that a bug or something causing it to roll?
Esac_mirmidon
Put some deadzone in your joystick. Around 5 in roll axis. " You must think in russian.." Goblin
When flying real aircraft, and there's a unwanted roll, you use the aileron trim to cancel it. ;) It can be either your joystick that is slightly off center, or your rudder. Like the poster above stated, increas your deadzone, or do what I would do, trim it.
BadHabit
I encountered that problem before some time. I don't think that it's related to any dead zone, rather than payload that looks symmetrical but it isn't. I wish I could remember more. Where you on an airstart? Try to play along with different loads and empty plane. My memory fails to find the fix.. cro_mig_21
Did you use the gun? Happens to me only when i run out of ammo which is suggesting that the ammo container is maybe shifted from the center. I know that the ammo loading hatch is on the port sidebehind the canopy...just guessing..must consult my book to check..its been a long time since I knew everything about the Fishbed by heart :D Edited September 17, 2016 by cro_mig_21

Goblin
The MiG-21bis does not have aileron trim system.. Really? I had no idea... What about rudder trim?
Spacehamster
No external loads, cold start. And it can not be a deadzone issue because the controls indicator shows dead center. If it is not a bug, what could cause it? Wind? Turbine torque?
cthulhu68
Really? I had no idea... What about rudder trim? Pitch up and down only for trim on Mig21. Guessing but I think the roll is modeled in for turbine rotation.
Goblin
Pitch up and down only for trim on Mig21. No yaw or roll trim... No wonder the darned thing rolls! :-) I have bought the MiG-21 in DCS. I guess I have to give it a go! ;)

Pocket Sized
This is something I've found to happen in pretty much all flight regimes. Two solutions: Tap the stick to the side every once in a while or use autopilot. I'm 99% sure it's there because the plane isn't perfectly symmetrical and is realistic. DCS modules are built up to a spec, not down to a schedule. In order to utilize a system to your advantage, you must know how it works.
BadHabit
Not really the plane should be very stable on the x axis. Only assymetrical payload can roll it. Gavski1
Did you find a fix to this, I get it in DCSW 1.5 really bad (unflyable) but it doesn't do it at all in DCSW 2 you would think this means it's a bug?? as I use all same setup in both. FC3, F86 Sabre, Mig 21Bis, A10C, C-101, AJS-37 Viggen, F/A18-C Hornet, UH1-H Huey, AV8-N/A Harrier, Mirage 2000c, Spitfire MKix, Me BF109 K-4, Tornado GR4 (one day).
