PythonOne Posted November 28, 2006 Posted November 28, 2006 Agreed, just adding my 2 cents: i hope all the suggestions though the pages helped and it would make it into the next and/or future updates.
Merlin555 Posted November 29, 2006 Posted November 29, 2006 yes, have a rest Walmis. I might install it again, because for me the air intake isnt working as it should-

SuperKungFu Posted December 2, 2006 Posted December 2, 2006 That's a nice template ice, i think the grey skin actually looks good enough lol. Keep up the good work, i would like to see a realistic/weathered skin for this bird. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Ice Posted December 2, 2006 Posted December 2, 2006 It is only a template and nowhere near finished. here's a couple more :-)
169th Taipan Posted December 2, 2006 Posted December 2, 2006 NICE WORK!!! Thats sure much Work! http://www.169thpanthers.com.au/
Guest IguanaKing Posted December 2, 2006 Posted December 2, 2006 Just a suggestion, Ice. I see the AOA probes protruding from the front of the fuselage. Any reason why you don't mate them with the heaters they belong on? I see both on your model, yet they are mere inches apart. :D

SuperKungFu Posted December 2, 2006 Posted December 2, 2006 shouldn't that work the opposite way?- like the template follow the model? Ah well i guess it could work both ways. I was just thinking about the gun, if you adjust the shape of it, would the template match up? [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Guest IguanaKing Posted December 2, 2006 Posted December 2, 2006 Just move the AOA probes back and down to center on their heaters, and move the pitot tubes the same amount to get them off the forward avionics bay doors. That should put everything right where it needs to be...on the front of the aircraft anyway. :D
PythonOne Posted December 2, 2006 Posted December 2, 2006 Is it possible to make the canopy color slightly lighter? The one we have now is kinda dark/colorful. (almost like oil is on the glass) lol, but its good either way

Deadman Posted December 3, 2006 Posted December 3, 2006  https://forum.dcs.world/topic/133818-deadmans-cockpit-base-plans/#comment-133824 CNCs and Laser engravers are great but they can't do squat with out a precise set of plans.
Guest IguanaKing Posted December 3, 2006 Posted December 3, 2006 Just so you both know, the actuators on the burners are absolutely TOP FRIGGIN' NOTCH, don't change a thing there. :D
SuperKungFu Posted December 4, 2006 Posted December 4, 2006 wow very nice and damn that was fast. Can't wait to get it. One suggestion, can you make one that's slightly more blue-ish? like these http://www.af.mil/shared/media/photodb/photos/050610-F-7149F-111.jpg http://www.af.mil/shared/media/photodb/photos/040922-F-2295B-001.jpg [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
192nd_Erdem Posted December 4, 2006 Posted December 4, 2006 We need a Su-27 too! Now the ugliest planes in the game are Su-25 and 27, and ED is already working on 25. There's someone working on A-10 too. Strikmax had a good looking model back a while, but he doesn't seem to be around :) Anyway, the model looks very nice :)

But yea, I was very disappointed the new SU-27 model is taking backseat to the Mig-21 model.. SU-30MKI F/A-18F ...Beauty, grace, lethality.
