BlazingTrigger Posted November 21, 2017 Posted November 21, 2017 Hello, I've trawled the forums for what block of 9X missile we're getting in-game, a lot of threads are in Russian and I can't see any others that specify what block we'll get. Can anyone shed some light on this topic? Tia Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
Temp89 Posted November 21, 2017 Posted November 21, 2017 They bill it as a "mid-2000s" version of the plane here, which would mean Block 1 but it's just a guess. Would like to see: Panavia Tornado Panther AS565 English Electric Lightning.

blkspade Posted December 3, 2017 Posted December 3, 2017 if it is simulated correctly, then yes :-D I think the IR missiles are the only air to air missiles simulated correctly in the first place. http://104thphoenix.com/
probad Posted December 4, 2017 Posted December 4, 2017 i'll reserve that qualification for after they get clouds to interfere properly
blkspade Posted December 4, 2017 Posted December 4, 2017 Well that's a separate problem, of clouds being drawn as a figment of our imaginations. http://104thphoenix.com/
Gman109 Posted December 18, 2017 Posted December 18, 2017 One thing I've wondered is if DCS goes through the trouble to model the helmet mounted sight and the Aim9x for the Hornet, will they move that over to the F15C as well, which has that same missile and helmet system? The last we heard is there were no plans at this time. My guess is it will come if, most likely when, we get a full fidelity DCS F-15C/E module.
