No not at all,I am only modeling the H-6 external model and some weapons,Once the external model is complete I will hand it over to a texture Artist of the Team,but lets keep the H-6 quiet until release.

F-84F was a different plane all-together with major specification redesigns. A good example is the F-15C being compared to the F-15E. The E variant is completely different in design, with some comparible things to notice. The C variant was before the E obviously, so it had its own design closer to the A and B variants.

 

Though seeing an F-84F in DCS would be interesting. The biggest thing I see is that you are (so far) the first person in the DCS modding community, and maybe in the future as a 3rd party dev. to ever work on more than 2 planes. Sure, Heatblur is working on the F-14A/A+/B Tomcat, but the A+ will be merged in with the A, making it just two planes. I hope to see more of your work on this soon!

 

I appreciate your kind words but please do not compare me with any 3rd party Team for I am no where that level, yes I have worked on multiple aircraft but I have not yet finished a single Aircraft that I started work on,The F-84 will be my First that I will work on none stop and with information to complete it and will be my first to make it into dcs world when I do meet dcs standards .

 

Again I appreciate your words and I am glad you like so far what I have done but there is still so much for me to learn about developing a real module.

Today I started to model the F-84F Variant as well.

 

Keep in mind that Both the StraighWing and Sweep Wing variants will have different Flight models and weapons like the real Aircraft,Flight models are being created with the API EFM Template included by ED.

considering the track record so far of how many false starts? and still you're spreading yourself thin with all these variants

 

i think diversification is the least of your problems right now. you should make sure these 3d models arent just a means to escape having to tackle difficult tasks.

Im not really bothered on his track record there mods, If he makes a module thats good enough gives it to ED and gets a status fair play, Lets not shoot him down for trying.

The other guy has a point, Cuban's work is good. But adding another variant to the mix is unnecessary and wastes time. You don't see Belsimtek doing different variants of the Sabre. It's delaying the envitable.

 

If he wants to be serious he should focus on the one project and the one variant and focus on new variants once he gets one finished.

I have many defects like= when I work I show it even if its not complete and from the start.

I love 5th gen fighters and that is why it has sunk me.

I agree, keep showing your progress cubanace! To me it does not matter if the mod is an

Me-163, A-4 Skyhawk, Tu-22 or in this case a F-84.

 

Remember that both the Bo-105 and Viggen started as enthusiastic mod projects without 3rd party deals... Very crude mods, but slowly refined over time as the developers learned new techniques. Modding should be encouraged. You never know what will come out of it.

I will Post my Work when is in a more Advance State and will also say what it is when that happens,i will only announce and show Work that I know for sertain are possible in DCS .

 

So Lets see this as a fresh start and I hope no one throws in my face my past Attempts at the past Projects,From now on what ever comes is completely New so please lets ignore the past,

Because Before I even show my Progress I have to do a lot of research and plan ahead.
