Dev roadmap for features or eta when this will be feature-complete?

I'm considering pre-purchasing this, but don't want to if it's going to be missing important functionality for the next year.

 

I don't suppose there's any roadmap of when they expect to add the most important features, or any estimate as to when it will be basically feature-complete?

 

Also, will a campaign be included? I assume not as a description i saw says training missions will be included but didn't mention anything regarding a campaign.

It will take time until it is feature complete; I do not foresee it taking a year unless issues arise. AFAIK no campaign will be included with the Hornet, only training missions.

You can read from the list that SkateZilla provided. Wags has said in the livestream that the AGM-88 HARM is a priority weapon. I think we can expect that one first after the early access release.

While its most certainly true for unreleased products, I think Sold Early access should be treated differently when it comes to time until completion. And not just for ED but all devs. it should be a rough estimate and if dates are missed explanations should be provided "which usually reduce the but hurt a bit"

While it would be nice to think it reduced the but hurt, if a date or timeline is given and is exceeded the but hurt is even worse, choosing the lesser of the two is always going to be the best option.

Really? It's hard to find another industry where you pay in advance to the company that is supposed to deliver you the product, but they won't tell you when the job will be fished.

For me, I set Christmas 2019 as the date where the Hornet should be feature complete, similar to the A-10C that we have today.

you have always been told, by the end of spring 2018. ED didn't just take your money and tell you nothing, so don't exaggerate.

I think that ED has been more than forthcoming and open with this project. Actually we have had a step by step chance to watch it develop. There have been no promises that ED has failed to keep.

My point is when ED have news to share they always do, they dont keep info from you, they just make sure the info is correct before sharing it.

hang on from that list I dont see the fuel pods as weapons ???? I am not buying the hornet ????????????‍
