Any hope for community mods to get official ED recognition

What are the odds of Community mods (i.e. WW2 vehicle and aircraft mods) being "recognized" in some way by ED so that they can at last not interfere with the purity check?

Is that "quality standard" written down anywhere? Just so we know a) what us modders are aiming for and b) so we don't waste anyone's time with something that is way under (or over) spec'd.

I'd imagine visually the standard of models and textures would need to be on par with the new ones ED are adding (In Dev screen shot gallery is a good start place).

Not only standard of models and textures. That need damage models, proper animations and LODs.

If its WWII, I would go through Racoon, if it's for anything else, submit to Chizh. I am sure there is always opportunity, such as the Chinese Asset Pack. Such as say, someone wanted to do a free Units pack for WWII, I am sure if the quality is there, it could be worked out.
