Mostly just a bit of flying around, setting up controls etc... Waiting for the A/G radar to be done.

Unfortunately, based on recent news it maybe a long way off yet, sigh.

Haven't logged a single single-player flight... so... 100+? who knows... maybe 10 hours in the last 2 months, though... that development pace, tho.

I expect many more hours after the patch Wednesday!

Logbook doesn't track hours properly. ..more than half my flight time never shows up there

Training missions don´t add up. Regarding the logbook, flight time = every minute without weight on wheels.

Yes indeed, in fact in the case of Instant Action Missions: Kills, Flight time and Deaths are not logged to Logbook, so for me a lot of my hours flown in F-18 were not logged. :(

Not sure exactly. Total jet time since March 01, 2018 says 709 hours single & multi. Logbook hours total since May 30, 2018 - estimating 450 hours in Hornet.

65 in logbook, but since the game doesn't track multiplayer its probably more like 100+ as I spend the other half of my time flying with friends. But since I have no real clue on actual number just polled it for what the logbook says.

100+, but no idea how much exactly...

Hornet Time So Far

Well, I just did some totalling and it turns out I've got 19.3 hours in the F-18C so far, with 28 landings and 4 crashes out of my 32 flights. All landings to date are straight-in to a field - no carrier attempts yet. I figure I would try and do my training kinda like IRL and wait a while b/4 coming down "on the boat".

I do not know how much time I've put into building simple missions to use for practice so far, but I'm sure the number of hours far exceeds the actual flight time. As I did when first owning DCS and learning the F-15, I have several "pilots' set up, spread among 4 different squadrons and I have a competition to see whose the best ( VFA 25, 31, 84 & 143 ) . It helps keep the interest up and I get to use a number of different Hornet liveries downloaded from the DCS site.
