Do I need to remove my A-4 skyhawk to Multiplay?

Tried to connect but can't because of the Pure clients thing and I'm not even using the A-4 :mad:

Yeah I have to take the A4 mid folder out of mods or done servers boot me. It is strange because sometimes I am in and get booted later with a impure client message or something like that.

Same here, I also made sure the A4 was checked off in modules. But just checking this off did not do the trick I had to remove the folder as well.

Where have you installed it?

 

If it's under the main DCS directory with the official mods, you've put it in the wrong place.

 

It needs to be under C:/Users/[your user name]/Saved Games/DCS/ in the same pattern of folder (so mods/aircraft/...)

I tried that when I first installed the A-4 but couldn't see it anywhere in DCS when I wanted to fly it, I also tried open alpha, that did not work either

 

I end up installing the mode folder in C:/Users/[your user name]/Saved Games/DCS

I now can fly it but can't join Multiplay using the Mirage

exactly the same here .. sometimes it works sometimes servers kick me out after a while

 

its very sad for me as a 99% DCS Multiplayer flyer ... I love the A4 and the dedication that went to it..

some servers have pure only set as we found out as the hosts dont like mods

the issue of MP integrity check has been fixed a while ago in the last version (1.02).

as pointed out by other people, after the install in the savedGames location it should look like this:

 

C:/Users/[your user name]/Saved Games/DCS.openbeta/mods/aircraft/A-4E-C/

 

if its installed in any other location it will cause an issue with the Integrity Check

I've had the same issues with the A-4 and other mods, like the VPC airport structures. All of them are in my Saved Games folder and should NOT interfere with MP, but for some reason they did until I removed the folders from my Saved Games.

I have it installed, and I can join servers after I disable it in the module manager, no need to delete the module from Save Games\DCS\Mods for me.
