I fly with a human rio on his first flight.

He only said "i think there burning something" :helpsmilie:

My understanding is Bitchin Betty was built in order to give audio warnings to lone pilots, when they don't have a copilot or RIO there to tell them something's wrong.

I wish there was an audible warning when bingo fuel is reached, all too often I finish engaging an enemy and have a moment to get myself set up to head back to homeplate and then realise I've not got enough fuel because I didn't spot the warning light.

No bitching Betty, but a**hole Jester

He should alert when bingo fuel. Strange that he doesn't say anything

Yeah, he has a fuel totaliser, so he has the means of knowing.

I wonder whether HB did not implement this because IRL it's the pilot's responsibility?

One things's for sure, what I have learned about the F-14 and the F-14 community so far, is that they do things differently to other two-crew fast jet types (arming the ejection seats while the canopy is still up, for example!).
