I'm doing a more F2esque rendition of the F-16. As you may know so far i made "japanese Vipers" only but i'm now placing the stencils like on the F2. Is there any interest in that or will it be just for me?

It won't be new liveries per se though, just a selection of the liveries i already made but with adapted stencils to have the F-2 look.

The older ones will still be available to download though.

With the Marianas Map coming out eventually, these will be most necessary. The joint exercise Cope North is hosted from Anderson AFB on Guam and the JASDF participates often with their F-15s and F-2s.

very nice but the problem that japan does not use the f16 but uses the Mitsubishi F-2.

the eastern country that uses the f16 near Japan and South KOREA.

That’s the closest thing we will ever get to a Mitsubishi F-2, and it’s a paint scheme that i really love... :)

 

But yes, we all know that the JASDF don’t use the F-16 and that the F-2 is a very different airframe. Believe me, i noticed those differences even more while researching and painting those liveries.

I agree :thumbup: but Akatsuki please make some colorful/aggressor JASDF F-15CJ/DJ skins as well for the F-15C/E 3D models :thumbsup:

I have redone the camo pattern on the front fuselage for those F-2esque liveries.

It's more accurate now.

 

 

I think they're ready now but i will wait a bit before uploading in case i find a mistake/error. :)
