Thanks bud. Ill try get on tomorrow and have a look. I downloaded it into my mods / aircraft / liveries but when i went onto dcs earlir the liverie wasnt there. Ill have to double check its location etc

I dont understand, the liveries are within the zip file, like this:

did you uncompressed them onto the correct folder?

It should be the correct place, so I'm at a loss to understand what might be your problem 😞

Did you noticed that the Military Aircraft Mod is delivered in two files: one with the Mod itself (https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3307071/), and the other with just the liveries (https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3310355/), and you have then to "merge" the two together to have the complete Mod?  Maybe you didn't do this Merge correctly?

Yeah quite possible. Idownloaded the origional military aircraft file fron the befiningbof thos thread and added it to the file. Mod/aircraft. That works because the aircraft and a400 etc are there. So where do i add the one that you added with the liveries? 

I have user/name/saved games/dcs openbeta/mods/aircraft

 

Any idras where i put the liveries from here? I added them to the liveries folder in the mod/aircraft/military aircraft/ liveries but it shows military aircraft folder then within the liveries folder only i think they are the liveries

No, sorry, I have no idea exactly how you have setup your folders ... on prior posts I showed exactly where the Mod and its liveries are on my saved games, compare with yours to see where we diverge.

just had another look, these are the liveries i have, but i don't have the KC-1- Livery in blue and white you posted on the last page

Hi,

Your screengrab does not really show the liveries you have for the KC-10 ... this is what the KC-10 liveries folder should have:

and if you inspect the zip file that you downloaded with the liveries, it contains the same liveries:

I'm pretty sure that you are confusing this file with the one of the basic Mod: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3307071/  which in effect has just a single livery for the KC-10:

All sorted now bud, i downloaded it the 4th time and there now showing. The 3 other downloads dont show them so they must have had an issue on the download. I now can see the liveries 😄👍🏻

you write about 3 other downloads. Nobody knows which ones you mean and whether they even belong to MAM. If you compare the content of these downloads and these elements like luas and folders with the same name as those of MAM match, then you are only copying these contents to MAM. (MAM = Military Aircraft Mod)

You probably won't enjoy it because this download contains all the faulty textures.

This download contains all liveries and textures that were affected by a bug. Delete the old folders first. Compare the liveries to see if there are any others that are not included in the download.

Since there is nothing we can do about it, I prefer to just fly DCS without stressing about "what ifs"

Hi bud ive not been able to sort this yet as working away. Does this link just contain the liveries so just delete the liveries or is this this the main mod and liveries?

Good morning,

Despite the application of the patch, the texture problems persist for the A400 M. I wonder if this could not be due to the graphics card I have, AMD RX7900 XT.

Your opinions on the subject.
