Why not both? A chart from the devs would be very welcome, to at least get us started. And people like you will surely fill the community part of the equation.

I know I'd be grateful for both, since I don't have the time (and to be honest, the inclination as well) to test often.

Fo Sho...  I'll very much look forward to the charts for sure I just won't be too bothered if they aren't available on day one :).  It's all good.  I can find the data :).

Nvidia RTX3080 (HP Reverb), AMD 3800x

Asus Prime X570P, 64GB G-Skill RipJaw 3600

The most recent update is about the Mirage release and the one prior to that is an update on the progress of the f16 and weather. As DSplayer mentioned, the last update on the eurofighter I'm able to find is on May 6th.

Specs: i7-11700k, RTX 3070 Ti, 64GB RAM, 1TB M.2 SSD

I'd like to know if there are any news on EF? Nothing for few months...

I suspect updates will be slim until the F-4 is released. We know the Typhoon is in active development along with the F-4 but the F-4 delays have probably pushed the Typhoon back. The phantom releasing this year seems optimistic but early next year doesn’t seem so out there. I’d expect the news to increase then.

Thank you for relighting the hope in me.

This is dependent on if the same team working on the F-4 is also working on the EF2k. I'm sure that HB has multiple teams working on different projects.

Do they have multiple teams?  Legit question, as I don't know much about the company other than their past products and a little about their future roadmap.

Usually companies have teams working on different projects to facilitate staying on track for their road map. I will say though since the invasion of Ukraine and the displacement of team members it may not be like that right now.

If you're not familiar with what I'm talking about, check out this article from stormbirds: https://stormbirds.blog/2022/10/29/an-update-on-the-dcs-f-4-phantom/

From Heatblur's Facebook page:

"On the Eurofighter front, we continue to lay the foundations of this module through application of our next generation framework. Soon, the majority of the work will remain in high level parts: radar, weapons systems, displays and flight control systems- all leaning and benefitting from the completed next generation core. As an incredibly complex aircraft and project, the Eurofighter will be a litmus test for our team to ensure quality and accuracy while avoiding excessive technical debt. These considerations are key for a project of this scope and size, as we strive to minimize maintenance burden and excessive sustainment resources. You should expect to see much more Eurofighter development progress in 2023 as we begin to approach an early access."

Is this a potential hint at a 2023 (in reality 2024) release? Its not completely clear

Like Jester always said "you're teasing it man, stop teasing it and just jam it on in there" oh HB you teases. But srsly it's very good to get a propper update on the EF this is probably the biggest we've had since it was announced HB were working on it

Not the conclusion I read.

"this year you'll hear more about  the product and it's progress. Eventually it'll be in Early Access.", to paraphrase. But nothing about a release date this year.

I'm  guessing it's more like Christmas 2024 at the earliest...

Wells it not clear because they don't know but if 2023 sees more progress reports then sometime in 2024 sounds like that's what they are shooting for! Very exciting, I'm off to bed now wake me up in 2024...
