I can understand that, but based on my understanding this is a EULA violation.

That is indeed an EULA violation and im sure hes already being hit up about it. Def cant do that for third party mods ED doesnt make anything from that which would be a bug problem. No contract in plcae no negotiations... yeah no doubt about it!

I understand the confusion but i am not asking money for the MOD itself, the subscription is thru discord Hosting File server, i pay nitro to be able to host big files, the subscriptions cover hosting and software tools that help to create all sort of content, the subscription is also for my new game that i am working on, people get to play that while is being developed, this is not about dcs only, it's a discord where i share progress and host files thru discord, so people pay for the hosting system, I am sure many people will be confused, in short the subscription is to cover server costs such as server hosting and software's and other things.

I could also set the whole server only available to subscribers, but I decided not to so that newcomers can see what's being worked on and those who want to support my server can do so thru Server Support subscriptions.

Whichever way you cut it, with the aircraft in a paywall along with your other non-DCS projects (that people looking for your Su-57 may not necessarily be interested in), it still results in people having to pay a monthly subscription to gain access to the Su-57's download link.   I admire the work that you do, and I respect the things that you do, but something just doesn't sit right.  Nevertheless, I think that it is up to forum admins and ED staff to determine whether what you're doing is allowed or not.

I don't know if you remember a ground texture mod released years ago that made the map look better, the creator asked for money to reach a certain number, I can't remember now but the point is that that was permitted, what I am doing is totally different, again thru discord server subscriptions to host files because I pay nitro to upload big files, anyway let's leave this to Ed to decide if it's wrong or not, I'm sure they understand discord system, if this indeed breaks the rules I gladly take action.

If the users have to pay all the costs for his hobby, it has nothing to do with non-profit. I have a subscription with Drpbox for 2 TB of data for 136 euros a year and for Photoshop for 20 euros a month and I don't beg for donations for my work. Strangely, the Yak is missing from his list. Apart from the Su-57, all the others are AI, which is assumed to have the old content of the previous downloads. Cubanace was accused of fraud in 2016.

Stop spreading false stuff, i took the mig-23ub and su-7 offline because they were terrible and buggy and just didn't have the time.

You people need to stop winning and worry about your own lives, like dam get a life , there's a reason i blocked you and banned you, your one of the few that is upset because i took the mig-23ub down back then, you want something make it your self.

This is my hobby something i like doing but i dont need to share anything with anyone, i know many are upset and thats ok you cant keep the whole world happy, there will always be a group of people attacking and its always the same faces, this is fact in DCS.

I know many will be unhappy and surprised but im not selling the mod itself, it's called file hosting, i pay a fee to upload files in my discord and discord has a subscription plan to cover for that and software tools, again i understand everyone's reaction but it cost money to keep the discord running, im only charging for the file hosting.

but if this continues then il be forced to set my whole discord to only subscriptions this way no confusions, right now its confusing for many because of only the server support download is set to subscribers to support file hosting.
