In fact they say that ground tuning check should be done in COMP mode which is currently impossible because tuning controls move only in ANT. The line is mentioned in the real ARK-5 manual and also correctly put in the DCS MiG-15. OverStratos Posted March 11, 2019 Posted March 11, 2019 Most labels/text in the cockpit are phosphor based, that´s why it´s illuminated in the dark. There´s no backlights in this aircraft, with the exception of maybe the ARK-5 gauge and the AR-18-19 panel. This will be implemented once the battery switch is turned ON.

Hovis Posted March 11, 2019 Posted March 11, 2019 As title says I don't own the module but in the mission editor it marks the module as flyable The game allows me to load the map as pilot and even select the slot but crashes to desktop soon after. I'd have though it was an ED bug but no other module has this? Maybe it's your side?

Hi OverStratos,of course you are right it is my incorrect statment.So once again: 1)The RP-5 has LOCK ON TARGET at 4000m and GREEN light above RP-5 screen is ON.ASP-5 is still waiting for range 2000m.When it gets it GREEN light on ASP-5 head is ON. 2)The needle of range indicator is starting to move from 2000m to 0m and the diameter of piper is changing in is working area range.Working area of piper is relationship between wingspan(7-70m) and range(0-2000m). 3)If I have exactly set wingspan,target will be still precisely framed. The ARK-5 antenna still appears unpainted,and it's lines or cords showing in the canopy glass externally,still haven't been fixed to show from an internal view. I was under the impression these were all fixed and were going to be added to today's update,they were even moved to the completed bugs section.Why inform us these bugs are completed,when we can all see they're not ? .......And these were some of the straight forward/simple visible bugs reported,don't want to feel ungrateful but...... Oh well,next update then ? OverStratos Posted March 13, 2019 Posted March 13, 2019 Hi Basco1 The ARK-5 antenna issue is fixed internally, some things didn´t make it to the update sometimes for the need to check if they are correctly implemented or sometimes they need a little more work. Regrding the Russian skin I will check that with the texture artist.

Such glitches may be result of new shaders generation process after update , cause after some restarts most of glitches go away ! But (i post that on discord too) in different versions of pit some glitches still present: in both of your versions light from gun flashes seen through the boards, also some areas of your pits look like them dont reflect light,but swallow it(on my opinion , between your versions shadows& reflections are better in weathered pit); overall in default version shadows look better ,but also flashes from guns are seen inside. Some of art glitches i have reported berfore are stil on their place P/S Like your MIG , good job! But still much work to do ... Good luck ! Surely it would've been best to base the numbering system on the Russian aircraft first,would'nt it ?.......or am I not being fair ? I've got to say this......that bare metal skin is superb,easily the best I have ever witnessed in DCS,I mean,it really is something special,first class and kudos to the modeller who created it.I take my hat off to you Sir/Madam. But......For me personally,this excellent skin is let down by the unrealistic bort numbering for it,which is a real pity. I'm sure I'm right in thinking that the 'majority' of DCS players will be flying the Russian version.....not any Hungarian,Czech or Polish MiG-19 variant.If I'm wrong,shoot me down in flames,but I don't think I am So I for one,I do hope RAZBAM give their MiG-19P bort numbering another thought.......that wonderful skin deserves it guys.
