I had originally installed DCSWorld in my main C drive. However I prefer to run it on a dedicated SSD Drive. Therefore I removed the installation and reinstalled it on my E: drive. The big problem is my Free Trial aircraft etc. no longer work. I only have two aircraft and they are not to ones I want. I read somewhere that you get to choose two free aircraft with the base system. How do I get to select the two. Moreover how do I get to re-establish my free trials during this trial period.

Please help.

To be precise: TF-51D and Su-25T are the free ones that come with DCS World. All others are paid DLC (including Su-25 (aka A) and P-51D).

Un-installing/deleting all the free preview Mods is taking (*checks clock*)  45 minutes.  Sitting at the black screen with the DCS World logo as I wait.

Can we opt-out of these "free preview" periods so as to not go through this?

^ Errr.... Yes we can... but not installing them in the first place. I don't quite understand your complaint.

You are probably on DCS stable version ... ED fixed this recently, by allowing you to uninstall several modules in a single operation, but this is currently only on OpenBeta. The next update of Stable will have this feature as well.

To delete the files, use the trashcan symbol in the DCS module manager or remove the modules by command line with "dcs_updater uninstall module_name", you can even put multiple module names separated by blanks.

I did that guys.  I still had a black DCS World screen for an hour after that operation completed.  Eventually I killed the process and relaunched.  It must be that the process hung/died.  Probably just a one-time hiccup.

Oh, you'll get it again.  Just kill the process, and start over.  It usually works after killing it once.  Some bug they have yet to fix.
