Can confirm, on v6.0 I get no animation on some controls like the flaps lever and the landing gear handle. Also the throttle can be clicked forward out of Off into Idle, but not the other way around. The sounds are also pitiful when compared with the old v5.2, same for the propeller animation. Recluse Posted October 23, 2024 Posted October 23, 2024 @Rudel_chw I was doing the Cold Start/Taxi/Takeoff mission and I could not get the TEMP dial to move, so the training did not advance. Mouse Scroll wheel wasn't working, but it seemed like I could get it to move CLOCKWISE slightly by spamming the left mouse button, but not COUNTER-CLOCKWISE with the RIGHT button. Didn't see a binding for this knob in the control settings. I downloaded the latest mod from one of the links above. Something on my side or is this just one of those things that needs updates? Thanks!

Its not on your side, those missions were made with version 5.2 of the Mod and I’ve not updated them for newer versions. I was waiting for a more bug-free version of the A-29 before attempting to update them. PS: Just deleted these missions from the User Files, as they are effectively obsolete by now. Thank you so much for commenting. I was more looking for something that included the name "tank" in it versus "stores"! Anyway, I got the files from the zip file and copied them over to my livery folder. However, I cannot load them with the line added to the description file (see below). I looked at the master list from the ModelViewer but it was not included! Could you please help me with the last part of this dilemma? When I place an A-29 on the map, I get the correct loadouts for an A-29 and the correct texture options but what I see is an A-10 every time. If I launch it the A-29 appears in the mission correctly, and if I go back to the ME it then appears as the A-29 and not the A-10. (That the work around !) It would be nice if Icould get a fix for this, I use this wee beauty a lot and this issue really annoys me at times. Was ther ever a fix for this ?

crazyeddie Posted April 12 Posted April 12 Thanks - had a good trawl through the whole Mod today to see if it was anything obvious, found a few small errors/duplications in lua's but nothing that wouldcause this kind of issue. Found a quicker work around that takes a mere moment to fix the issue so not intending to speand a lot of time trying to identify the conflict. Many thanks fior your help, appreciated.
