When loading missions in VR the menu should just be black with a 'loading icon' instead of the current format which is stuttery and messed up looking.

Hehe

I have to admit, pretty much anything is better than the flickering image at 0.003 fps, during the current loading screen 😂

I find the flickering so annoying and straining to my eyes, that I usually just put off my headset until loading has complete.

Well the reason for VR stutter on loading is that the image is not the priority when loading into a mission. If you had a smooth nice looking loading screen it would probably just take even longer. It's a side effect of VR, not just a DCS thing afaik.

Oculus does have that same problem. It's not SteamVR related (since i don't have Steam/SteamVR) and i have the same problem on my RiftS.

Yes it does,

During Loading, the Loading screen is not updated, and the rendering lags due to process concentrating on loading.
