Its too round on the left side. Now I ask you; why the hell would you go to all that trouble to make that realistic F-16 module for FSX and of all things f*ck up on the stick and not bother to get that right? :doh: I'd still buy it if I had FSX though. :D

It was pretty much: *Glance at manual* "The stick is the wrong shape. It should be flat on the left side". *Close PDF file*. ;) I'd recognize that stick anywhere. I have a CH Fighterstick and its a very simplistic shame, thats probably why. :) I wouldn't be able to pick out the differences in say, an F-15 stick. When someone comments on the inaccuracy of a player made model on these boards, I usually don't see it until I look really closely. Look at the pickle button and TMS. They should be directly in line with each other. The pickle button shouldn't be to the side. Its because the side is round. It should be flat. Its a pet peeve of mine. You go to all that work but you can't get something like joystick 100% accurate. Not a deal breaker, just a little half-assed is all. :) Edited October 28, 2008 by RedTiger

Als alter Freund dieser legendären Maschine bin ich sicher einer der Ersten gewesen der die Kreditkarte gezückt hat. Ich muss sagen, das dem Entwicklerteam ein wirkliches Prachtexemplar gelungen ist und endlich ein reinrassiges FSX-Addon veröffenticht hat, welches dem Anspruch an einer modernen Flugsimulation gerecht wird. Ein Feuerwerk an Polygonen und das bisher beste VC was für den FSX derzeitig zu haben ist. Mit dem TrackIR fühlt man sich wirklich wie in einer echten F16. Das Fuggefühl ist beeindruckend und wird im Forum von F-16 Piloten, die an der Entwicklung beteiligt waren, immer wieder bestätigt. Aber schaut selbst: Auswahl ob Kalt- oder Warmstart Exellentes VC. Jede Beschriftung ist klar lesbar. Alles was der FSX an Funktionen zulässt wurde simuliert. Das ist keine Mogelpackung ! Zahlreiche, der Realität nachempfundene Lackierungen sind enthalten. Ebenso unterschiedliche Flugmodelle. Noch nie ist diese Anzahl von Polygonen im FSX verwendet worden (Aussage der Entwickler) Das ICP. Was der FSX hergibt wurde auch umgesetzt. Linkes und rechtes MFD verdienen ihren Namen. Hier das linke MFD im Vertical Scan. Es lassen sich Ziele aufschalten. Dazu werden alle Daten im HUD dargestellt. Geschwindigkeit, Höhe, Richtung und Annäherungsgeschwindigkeit. Selbst Armauflagen des Piloten sind Funktional. Die Paneele sind vom Allerfeinsten ! Mein Liebling zu Besuch in Manching ;) Hier noch ein kleiner Flug von Nellis AB. Ein Flugobjekt soll visuell identifiziert werden. Auf Abfangkurs. Erfassung im Radar. Informationen im MFD. Das Ziel fliegt mit 390 Knoten in eine Höhe von 14.000 Fuss. Im AA-Modus erfolgt die Anzeige auch im HUD. Jetzt hat der Knabe 440 Knoten drauf und fliegt in 22400 Fuss. Ich nähere mich und gleiche meine Geschwindigkeit an. Der ist Sauber ! Ab nach Hause. Auftrag erledigt. Noch einige Hinweise. Das Handbuch wird KOSTENLOS zur Verfügung gestellt. Die F-16 kostet 29.95€ Das ist für dieses Produkt der blanke Wahnsinn !!! Das war ein einfacher Freeflight mit AI-Traffic. Einfach im Radar eingefangen und abgefangen. (das klingt ja oll). Nee, Missionen werden mit dem Erscheinen der Box-Version nachgereicht. Playing this with scenery from Aerosoft is like flying for real lol. Nothing comes close at all. Playing DCS Blackshark is like playing half life the 1st one and playing FSX with scenery packs and mods and the F-16 is like playing Crysis.
