Jonny Drift 16 Posted August 4, 2021 Posted August 4, 2021 Hi everyone, During cold start the alignment of INS stops at 10 and it is impossible to reach 6 value. I'm doing exactely the same procedure show in this video but i can't reach value 6. Without 6 on INS alignment, the CCRP is stuck on a point and it is impossible to use and change position with RDR Cursor switch.
Falconeer Posted August 4, 2021 Posted August 4, 2021 Are you using stored alignment or full alignment? Jonny Drift 16 Posted August 4, 2021 Author Posted August 4, 2021 full alignment, exactly like in the video.
ruddy122 Posted August 4, 2021 Posted August 4, 2021 It’s weird cause my 2.7.4 version the alignment is good at 8.0 andCCRP worksSent from my iPhone using TapatalkLanding like carrier landings you have to be at 11 AOA or on speed and flare and aerobrakeBe precise or your F-16 will flip on youSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] LUCKY:pilotfly::joystick: Computer Specs CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 6-Core 3.4 GHz| GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 6Gb | RAM: 32 GB DDR4 @ 3000 MHz | OS: Win 10 64 bit | HD: 500 Gb SSD

I'm not sure, but i think it got changed a while back. Iirc you used to get 10 on stored heading alignment and 6 on full alignment Edited August 4, 2021 by Falconeer Planes: Choppers: Maps: Flaming Cliffs 3 Black Shark 2 Syria A-10C Tank killer 2 Black Shark 3 Persian Gulf F/A18C Hornet AH-64 Apache Mariana's F-16C Viper Afghanistan F-15E Strike Eagle Kola Peninsula Mirage 2000C AJS-37 Viggen JF-17 Thunder F-14 Tomcat F-4E Phantom
Jonny Drift 16 Posted August 4, 2021 Author Posted August 4, 2021 I've done some new test, It looks like that if you create a mission on editor and put an f16C without waypoint, after cold start the CCRP not work. if you put at lest 1 waypoint it works with the same procedure. could be a bug ? This is my test mission. Test_CCRP_F16.miz
Solution Falconeer Posted August 4, 2021 Solution Posted August 4, 2021 (edited) CCRP atm is aimed at SPI. If there are no waypoints, then there is no SPI You have to create your own SPI using waypoints, designate a spot on the ground using TGP, AG radar, markpoints or use DTOS (last 3 are not implemented yet) Edited August 4, 2021 by Falconeer Planes: Choppers: Maps: Flaming Cliffs 3 Black Shark 2 Syria A-10C Tank killer 2 Black Shark 3 Persian Gulf F/A18C Hornet AH-64 Apache Mariana's F-16C Viper Afghanistan F-15E Strike Eagle Kola Peninsula Mirage 2000C AJS-37 Viggen JF-17 Thunder F-14 Tomcat F-4E Phantom

Homer79 Posted August 4, 2021 Posted August 4, 2021 Hey Guys! I have the same problem! I create a mission with some waypoints in. Cold start at park position and with the usual start-up method my ins reaches only 10 in 9 minutes. normaly it was 6 in 8 minutes. And CCRP is more horrible than usual. Cheers Mario

But the problem with the ccrp is still there. Only with the hot start airborne, the ccrp destination point is there, where i put it with the waypoint in the mission editor. With a cold start at park position, the ccrp point is only very roughly in the area of the waypoint (spi).
ASW Posted August 5, 2021 Posted August 5, 2021 (edited) I have the same problem. But today she decided. I first made Stor HDG, and then Norm. Edited August 5, 2021 by ASW GreyCat_SPb
Raviar Posted August 6, 2021 Posted August 6, 2021 Make sure to start INS alignment after or before rearming and refueling, when engine(s) are up
Homer79 Posted August 7, 2021 Posted August 7, 2021 Hey guys I figured out a solution for the ccrp. I always entered the coordinates from the mission editor or the f10 map at ins alignment. today I did it differently. I just confirmed the coordinates that were available at the start of the alignment with entr and did not enter anything else. and then it fitted with the ccrp point. even if I designated a point with the tgp, it worked and I was able to drop the bombs with ccrp. these then also hit the target. Cheers Mario

Cheers Mario Hi. Well yes, no need to enter any other coordinatres when cold and dark, IIRC. JUust confirm the ones presented and that's it! Saludos. Saca111
SkHiTech Posted August 10, 2021 Posted August 10, 2021 (edited) As far as i know, the full align always need to confirm the coords provided in the ded, while the stored alignment does not. It's also very important to avoid any plane movement/calibration while the alignment is in progress or it will fail with poor precision. Lately I always perform a stored / quick alignment and my a-g strikes works fine with tgp fine tuning on target. Edited August 10, 2021 by SkHiTech [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
