fixed New missile exhaust effects are gone in the latest update

I tested with AMRAAMs and Hellfires, myself. Both were using the old exhaust effects.

Thought it was just me. Saw the same with Hellfires and AIM-9M. Hopefully it's fixed in the next patch.

New changelog just released, it's not mentioned there, sadly.

They're in the latest Beta.
