Pretty much all radars in DCS have a 10-15 m/s notch filter, as if they're treating every radar as a pulse-doppler/FMCW type with a notch filter.

The 1S91 radar of the SA-6 is pulse-only with MTI (which in all likelihood will be selectable)

But all of the systems above have back-up optical systems, which shouldn't have any minimum velocity limits.

Modules I own: F-14A/B, F-4E, Mi-24P, AJS 37, AV-8B N/A, F-5E-3, MiG-21bis, F-16CM, F/A-18C, Supercarrier, Mi-8MTV2, UH-1H, Mirage 2000C, FC3, MiG-15bis, Ka-50, A-10C (+ A-10C II), P-47D, P-51D, C-101, Yak-52, WWII Assets, CA, NS430, Hawk.

Terrains I own: South Atlantic, Syria, The Channel, SoH/PG, Marianas.

System:

GIGABYTE B650 AORUS ELITE AX, AMD Ryzen 5 7600, Corsair Vengeance DDR5-5200 32 GB, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070S FE, Western Digital Black SN850X 1 TB (DCS dedicated) & 2 TB NVMe SSDs, Corsair RM850X 850 W, NZXT H7 Flow, MSI G274CV.

Peripherals: VKB Gunfighter Mk.II w. MCG Pro, MFG Crosswind V3 Graphite, Logitech Extreme 3D Pro.

Yes, and this is what you should do right now, is pick up the target in 'Gunner View' put the crosshairs over the target, and manually lock and fire. This works just fine.

Well, here too the hits seem to be rather random. aren't these systems designed to combat helicopters? the hit rate seems to me to be significantly too low, if at all available

 

And that is exactly what is exploited. I was not able to destroy a gazelle with the Tor on a PvP server.

Every time I shot, he stopped and the missile missed and he came closer and closer until he could destroy me with his cannon.
