Wet Surfaces?

Even though it's pouring rain, nothing appears to be getting wet. Everything except shinny surfaces would be getting darker and reflections from being wet would appear. Am I missing something?

I believe the Supercarrier supports this, but I think it requires SSLR which is computationally expensive.

SC also looks like wet and reflective during rain without SSLR, just missing nice reflections from aircraft and alike.

Agree this would be nice as without it, immersion is lost.  Also puddles following rain events.

I would appreciate this! Puddles would be icing on the cake, but only having the simple shader effects for hard surfaces and soft surfaces would go a long way...
You don't need to run any kind of reflections on those, so performance impact should be neglectible.
